We arrived at 10:30 pm after getting lost in the streets to find the hotel which is on Pink Street, a pedestrian street, completely noisy and busy. When we arrived, the door was closed and everything was dark. There was no bell or note telling me what to do. Cell phone running out of battery, I managed to speak to a friend from Portugal who called the hotel and they opened the door and if I didn't have someone there to call, how would I get in? Everyone is supposed to have free international connections. The reservation does not say that the door closes at night. They didn't apologize and put us on the 5th floor with 85 stairs with our suitcase and backpack. Small room, no wardrobe, bathroom with glass door, no privacy and little space on the floor for suitcases. It was not a pleasant experience and the worst part was the lack of apology!!!

I was on a business trip for one night. This hotel has great location near the metro and train stations, beautiful decor on the room (although glass doors to the shower and the toilet, might be uncomfortable if travelling with someone else), friendly staff and very tasty breakfast. As cons the room smelled like mold, I would have been allowed to changed it only the next morning, since it was already “used” (fair enough, I did sit on a chair for an hour). Also the music coming from nearby clubs was a problem for me as a poor sleeper, even with earplugs you can’t block the bass with goes on until early morning.

Beautiful typical Lisbon hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. No elevator and very steep stairs.. We were on the 4th floor and the climb was difficult. Beautiful bedroom (small), no storage, bathroom in the bedroom separated by a window. Excellent bedding. Excellent and generous breakfast. Hotel super well placed for visiting Lisbon; near the train station and all the places to see.

Upgraded hotel. Very attentive staff. Do not speak French at all. Be careful of people with reduced mobility and the elderly because the stairs are difficult to climb, especially if you are on the 4th and 5th floor. Room too small. No storage for your belongings and toilets too narrow. Well put. The price does not match your services.

We stayed at three hotels while traveling through Portugal. 262 boutique had the most amazing staff and breakfast of them all. We can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you!

Clean and convenient hotel. Easy check in and well priced. Bed and pillows very comfortable. In an extremely busy bar area which is good for young people- however walls are incredibly thin so could hear others coming home/throwing up in the early hours of the morning. Also no lift and we were on the fifth floor. Overall fine.
