Extremely good location and 5mins walk to a ton of food and shopping. The check in and out process is a breeze. Highly recommended to stay here. Functional kitchen.

Great! Perfect location, right in the center, large and comfortable room... only one defect was that there was a smell of sewage coming up in the bathroom, but I notified the hotel and they told me they would check and fix it. But really very good and I would go back!

The accommodation was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linen "fresh". The apar**ent is cleaned daily and there are free laundry facilities on-site. The location was great being located downtown in the shopping district with restaurants and local sights and Metro within walking distance. It is quiet at night allowing for a good night sleep. We will certainty stay here again.

Séjour parfait. Nous avons apprécié la cuisinette pour les petits-déjeuners et pour préparer nos lunch. Au cœur de tout et à la fois très tranquille. Nous avions une chambre au 4e. Personnel sympathique. Eva et Carlos très avenant. On y retournerait.

The perfect location for a short break in Lisbon. Don't let the old doorway/entrance put you off, the apar**ents inside are gorgeous and have everything you need. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, so we slept very well (walking up all the hills helps!) . We stayed on the top floor and had a corner room with 2 large windows and a little narrow balcony round the outside. Absolutely gorgeous.

Lisbon was our final stop on a Spain/Portugal train trip. This hotel was by far the cleanest, largest, best appointed room during our entire trip. Just steps away from all the action and the metro.

Carlos checked us in and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Carlos secured our luggage and when we returned at 3, it was waiting in our room. The hotel is in a great location!!! Shopping and transportation are very close. The room was small but not cramped and the bed was extremely comfortable.
