Piccolo albergo situato in una posizione decisamente favorevole. Ai piedi del quartiere Alfama, a 5 minuti di distanza dalla Praça di Comércio, dalla Rua Augusta, dalla Cattedrale ed ovviamente dal mare (pur se non balneabile). Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Discreta la colazione con alcune specialità locali come le Pasteis de Nata. La stanza a dire il vero un po’ piccola, tanto che l’armadio aveva una sola anta. Non ho dato il massimo delle stelle per la pulizia della camera; ciò che è caduto a terra il primo giorno è rimasto lì fino al quinto. Qualche formichina come ospite. A parte quest’ultimo aspetto negativo lo consiglierei.

Hôtel très agréable, chambre confortable, bonne literie, bien situé, personnel charmant et attentionné ; seul petit bémol le jus d'orange du petit déjeuner est synthétique ce qui est dommage quant on connait la qualité des oranges portugaises.

Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly staff. Showed a genuine desire to make guests as comfortable as possible - for example, we left the hotel for one night to go to Porto and left our luggage with them during that time. We came back the following day in the evening to check back into our new room, and they left the luggage waiting in our room. They also let us go to breakfast a little early on our flight day, as by the time it officially started, we’d have already left for the airport.
Acts like these showed they really cared about us being comfortable and that made our vacation al the more relaxing!

I had a great stay here. The location was fantastic - in the fado district and a stone's throw from bus stops that take you to the Tile Museum and Belem, as well as the Terreiro do Paco station (blue line of the metro). Only a 15 min (flat!) walk from Cais do Sodre. I asked for a quiet room and I was given a top floor corner room, which was perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the gentleman and young ladies at reception, to the sweet staff at breakfast. The room itself was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, and they left two bottles of water for me as well :) . Breakfast was very good - pastries were fresh (warm mini nata every day!) and there were savoury options as well (cheeses and deli meats). It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room and maybe eggs at breakfast, but I'm just nitpicking :)

I had a great stay and managed to visit a lot of famous places from there (Belém, the statue or Christ, all Miradouros, Lisboa Stadiums, Sintra and Azenhas do Mar).

Très bon hôtel 👍🏻 Personnel charmant et très accueillant. Chambre et salle de bain propres et récentes. Hôtel super bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne sans prendre la voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

The location is amazing with an ocean view. Right in the historic part of town with so many attractions at walking distance. Affordable, but the breakfast buffet can use some variety.

Petit hôtel, très propre, dans une zone à la fois touristique et calme le soir et la nuit.il est surtout très très bien situé, à 50 m du métro et des ferry, 200 m de la place du commerce. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées et assez grandes. Le petit déjeuner est complet même si la salle est un peu petite.

Nice cosy hotel with excellent view (room 401) on the square to the river. Close to all kinds of public transportation. Centrally location, close to most of the things to see in Lisbon. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty, rooms were always clean.
