Find the Best Romantic Hotels Lisbon

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!

Overall, it's good. The hotel is very private. It's also relatively quiet and conveniently located. However, the water that was finished on the first day should be refilled with a new bottle. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. In addition to this problem, Service: There was a breakfast service staff who was not very friendly and looked down on Asians.

We arrived early at the hotel for our 2 day stay after disembarking a cruise and were offered breakfast, we declined, having had breakfast on the ship but we had a coffee at the tables outside of the restaurant area. It was really nice with tablecloths and fresh flowers. We were just planning our day when our room became ready early and were shown to it with our cases already there. Ok the room was a little small but it is well thought out and had everything we needed including a coffee machine and mini bar, complimentary water and even some pastel de natas ….. yum ! The bathroom was comparatively big with a double shower and sinks and big fluffy towels. ( My only complaint would be was that there were no hooks to hang them ) The bed was lovely & comfortable and we had a cute Juliet balcony looking out onto the main st Breakfast was serve yourself with hot food, and fruits, yoghurts and pastries …..even sparkling wine as well as coffee and teas All the staff were so friendly, professional and happy to help, we’d certainly return. Highly recommended 10/10 !

Spotless clean. Super nice staff. Super quiet and beautiful view from the executive rooms (with terrace), it is really worth, table and chairs for afternoon coffee included, super helpful staff, thank you to Alberto & Levi at reception, they were just the best. Breakfast a variety with seeded rolls, plain rolls, croissants, fresh cakes, goat cheese, omelette, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, baked beans, my Tipp: order the “American coffee” ☕️, it is equivalent to the European coffee, the bed was super confident, in the executive room you get 2 pillows each and the bed is 2x King Size. TV huge plus international channels, walk in shower (I’m disabled and it helped!). Would give 10 stars for the hotel. Attention please: if you are having trouble walking, the hotel is on a slightly hill. But I’m disabled and thought it is good excercise.

The hotel and room are clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, and if there is a problem in the room, it will be resolved blindly. Breakfast is delicious and there are many types.

Superb little boutique hotel right in the heart of a bustling part of Lisbon city… Super clean, restocked water, towels, toiletries daily. Very friendly staff who were warm and welcoming and happy to help with all our enquiries. You’re right in the hub here so close to Bairro Alto and Chiado district. We walked everywhere from here and it was a delight to return to a cool air conditioned spotless room with fresh towels, slippers and dressing gowns. We didn’t eat or breakfast here ourselves but we did see other guests doing so. We booked a standard room on the first floor. It does look out over a very busy mostly pedestrian cobbled street ( cars only allowed before 11am so you’d be dropped a little down the road with your cases if after 11am!) but when the bedroom doors were closed the noise didn’t disturb us at all and I like peace so it really wasn’t a bother. I didn’t see the upgraded rooms but found the standard room more than adequate. You have a little Juliette balcony where you can sip you espresso restocked daily. A real pleasure if you’re looking for a simply unpretentious city base for all your sightseeing in Lisbon.

Be careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable. For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech. The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah. Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench. Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors. No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.

The location of the hotel has nothing to say! You can see the city of Lisbon clearly from the outside, next to the Castle of São Jorge, the location is really great. The service of the hotel staff is also very enthusiastic. After the housekeeping finishes cleaning the room, they will fill up the coffee machine and kettle with water, which is a very considerate service. The overall feeling is good! Come to Lisbon and strongly recommend this hotel

Advantages: The house is in the old town, very close to the coastline, 10 minutes walk, there are many historical buildings around, recommended to friends who travel. Disadvantages: The room is a bit small, and it takes a little effort to accommodate a 28-inch box Transportation: Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The amazing thing is that I take a taxi every time. The first time is 40 Euros. From the hotel to the airport in the morning is 12 Euros. It can be reached in about 10 minutes.
