I had high hopes for a romantic getaway at this hotel for Valentine’s Day, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. From the start, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and barely acknowledged us. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort. We tried to address our concerns with the management, but they were dismissive and unaccommodating. Our Valentine’s Day was far from special, and we certainly won’t be returning, I rang reception for fresh new sheets (valentines day, if you know, you know) to nobody acknowledging the phones. Food was absolutely appalling and the staff were very rude. I feel that fresh management would sort this problem out. Upper management needs to visit this site prompto!
