The big bathtub was an unexpected bonus plus i felt very safe and comfortable

Firstly, check in is 8pm and NOT up to 11.30pm as stated in Wotif site. Tried calling motel number through the wotif app as well as dialling ourselves and phone didn’t ring just made weird sound then hung up on us. Found the night bell, called it twice, very grumpy mgr not impressed with our arrival time told us he shouldn’t be letting us in at this time. Room was hard to find, numbers on doors missing digits, too many negatives about aesthetics to mention Had to ask people at 3:30am to please be quiet as couldn’t sleep with all the noise in courtyard. Woke at 6 to some kind of yelling verbal altercation between a couple with aggressive foul language for at least 5mins. Was concerned with the rabbit Warren layout and dead ends to corridors. Needed a room for sleep which we didn’t get much of. Wouldn’t stay again as we just driving though. Sorry but this is hotel I would never recommend and I’m happy to rough it but not here

The overall impression of the entire property was run down and not very clean with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However the room itself was clean and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Expensive for what it is and we wouldn't choose to stay here again sorry.

They even have international roast. This is a crime against himanity Aircon not up to the job Unable to sleep

Fantastic room, clean and very comfortable. The Bed was fabulous. Ross on reception was the greatest, he was friendly and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent walking distance to everything. Real value for money

If I could give 0 stars I would. Feared for our safety. This room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Under one of the beds the floor was all sunken and the floor moved as you walked on it. Floor was also not level. We did let the guy know about the floor and he blamed the floods 2 years ago. He also didn’t even offer a refund or discount. Not an excuse for lack of safety we literally thought the bed would fall through the floor. All night we were terrified at every sound and creak. We had no other accommodation options available in Lismore so had to stay there. Would have been better off sleeping in the car. As soon as we could we got out of there. Would not recommend or stay here again.

We found the check in staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. The rooms are basic but clean. The worst part of our stay was the group of individuals drinking in the car park until 5am. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very basic old school Motel. Our 2nd visit here, two different rooms, both with classic old school balconies. This Motel needs a revamp, the first room we stayed in had an old cracked and pitted bathroom basin which is also where you are expected to do your dishes. No washing up liquid or dish cloth provided, just a tea towel. A very dirty shower curtain that has seen better days. 2nd visit we got a more modern bathroom with a shower door however not one spot to place soap or anything for that matter. Our 2nd room had an air conditioner which leaked constantly, it was my conscience that provided a breakfast bowl to catch the constant dripping and when we went out, I placed a towel on the bed first so the single bed would not be drenched on our return. We were not using the single bed but gut instinct told me that this bedding would not be changed after our exit. This was no small drip, it was constant and heavy. On the day we went out, we left at 5.30pm and arrived home by 9pm. We instantly knew that someone had been in our room as there was an extra towel left on the single bed. I doubt room service would operate during these hours so we figured it was the manager of the Motel, who also obviously is well aware of the leaking air con unit. Love the history of this Motel however we would not stay here again. Lismore has limited Motel accommodation so we were left little choice on our 2nd visit. The sliding glass doors onto the balcony in both rooms were faulty. No wine glasses and all cups and glasses were of different sizes. Microwave only.
