新開的，試住了一下。不知道怎麼沒有延遲退房到2點，習慣了有。酒店挺大氣，可惜房型比較少，高檔的房型也就那個行政套房。
給的拖鞋不像一次性的，比較厚實，布料的，不知道衞生如何。
在萬達附近，還算方便。

房間設施可以，衞生和環境均能接受。有停車場可停車。
談到服務，先則令人無語，繼則令人憤怒。具體來説，入住時要求交200元按金，沒提供收據，我説明是攜程VIP，攜程根據本人信用可擔保也不行，此為無語；早上退房前，為防止查房耽擱行程，我在早餐前先去前台説明，請當值女士馬上安排查房，也滿口答應了，待半小時後去前台辦退房時，當值已換了另一個女士，我説明情況後，她對講機問衞生阿姨，告之還沒查房，憤怒之下，我要求找值班經理，發現即為第一位當值女士，她們的解釋是，已經安排查過房了，但查房阿姨已下班沒交待接班者，第一位前台當值女士下班也沒交待第二位當值女士，而且這種狀況是發生在我對交按金特別有意見、並專門提前到前台辦離店手續的前提下。此事不僅耽擱行程，且讓我一路邊開車邊生氣。實在無法理解該酒店從上制訂制度到下執行服務，是如何運作的。無語，憤怒！
