Road construction outside the hotel caused a 40-minute drive around it. We were right in front of the hotel building but couldn't get past. The construction was also very noisy. Service: The service after check-in was good. However, regarding the road construction, they should have reminded guests in advance before they arrived to inform them of the correct route to avoid them having to take detours. The late-night snack was nice; arriving late and having a hot bowl of porridge was very comforting."

"To put it bluntly, I won't be coming back. If you can't stand the lack of air conditioning, I suggest not booking here. Part of the room gets afternoon sun, and there's only one fan. Even at midnight, the room is still incredibly hot. The hotel only provides the fan blowing directly on you, making it extremely noisy at night. In the morning, there's construction across the street, waking you up at 7 am. It's like paying to suffer. The hotel themselves couldn't stand it and said they had no rooms available (but actually, there were vacancies on the platform?). The blankets were also dirty, and they eventually gave me a thinner one. I came to Liupanshui to escape the heat, but ended up in a room hotter than my own city. Seriously!"

"I booked two rooms: 1. The service was extremely poor! Our takeout arrived but the robot never came up. I called the front desk to ask them to put it in so the robot could deliver it. I urged them twice, and each time they replied that the robot was delivering and we should wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, it still hadn't arrived, so I went downstairs to look for it myself. I searched the front desk's takeout section but couldn't find it… I turned around and saw a robot in the lobby with its door open, and my takeout was inside, not marked for delivery… By the time I took the takeout out of the robot and went upstairs, it was cold! 2. The hotel's hygiene was extremely poor: the glass was very dirty, and the toilet didn't provide any disinfectant wipes. I asked the front desk to provide some, and the reply was: no! Also, there were bloodstains on the bath towels in the other room! See the pictures! 3. There were no restaurants nearby; the hotel was quite remote. This hotel made my trip very bad. I had originally booked three nights, but I had to cancel the last two nights! I was scrambling to find a hotel."

The facilities are so simple that I can't believe it. There is this kind of scale on the faucet in the bathroom, which really looks unclean. As for the hot spring, it's actually 87 yuan to buy a ticket separately. The hot spring is crowded and I don't feel much. There is basically no service. The water is collected by the water dispenser with a disposable cup. The swimming pool is basically crowded. This price is not worth it even during the Chinese New Year. I just wonder who would stay there during normal times! ! ! ! ! Bad review"
