房間很乾凈，交通很方便，第一晚被樓上空調滴水打在窗外空調的聲音吵醒，第二晚跟前台説了馬上來處理。

隔音非常不好！！！晚上十二點即使你已經把房門緊閉，你依然可以聽到隔壁幾個人唱歌嚎叫一直到凌晨四點，走廊裏小朋友在哭，同個樓層其他房間關門的聲音，真的太吵了！問前台換房就是全部住滿，換不了。是去柳州不會再住的一家店。

服務非常的差，燈壞了，叫過來，燈了30分鐘，當時又帶兩個小孩，小孩玩了一天好累了，吵着洗澡睡覺，結果等了好幾都沒來，客房的阿姨態度也很差、叫拿多一個牙刷，説規定配那麼多、

古老的酒店了，設施太舊了，看了很多人評價沒有洗澡水，我還不相信，入住了真沒有洗澡水，太差勁了。幾十塊錢的賓館都有洗澡水。
