非常差，電梯壞，爬上8樓，進去了樓上還裝修打電鑽。
問了前台電鑽能不能停，前台回覆她們管不了，那天是節假日，我平時在家樓上裝修我都能説一聲，再不行報警，節假日擾民，怎麼就管不了了？説到底就是不想管。
建議避雷，特別是來柳州旅遊的，搞壞了外地人對柳州的印象。

性價比較低，雖説是在商業街，但是是某個大廈的四樓。酒店衞生一般，我們入住的時候門還是打開着的。廁所淋浴間是沒有門的。插上房卡電視就會自動打開，還找不到遙控器，最終衹能拔掉電源
