衞生間很破，淋浴頭是壞的，銹得很嚴重，床頭插座沒法充電，電話前台，他衹回答一句，“解決不了”，態度挺是“那個”

房間很整潔，裝修風格嗯很喜歡，床睡的很;舒服，我很喜歡那個牙刷和!點贊很方便，早餐不錯，營養豐富，餐廳環境很棒，用餐體驗滿分!每一個前台服務都很好

房間乾淨衞生，面積也夠大，佈局合理。衹是招牌不太明顯，幾家店招牌在一起，一不小心就錯過了，繞了一圈打了幾個電話才進到停車場。唯一不足的是熱水器容量不夠，洗澡時頭髮還沒洗好就成了涼水，無奈穿上衣服叫客服來處理一下，但是也僅僅熱了不到5分鐘温度就又下降到24、5度。無語了。但是最欣慰的是出去吃螺螄粉遇到了柳州人特別熱情，這個女孩子看到我們在導航找地址，就熱心的問我們要去哪裡，知道是找吃螺螄粉的地方後熱情的帶着我們拐了幾個彎來到下圖這家店，真的很多人在排隊，這就是柳州人民最喜歡吃飯的地方。價格不貴還正宗好吃。再次感謝這位好心人，祝您好運連連，身體健康，萬事如意。

819就是床很小，雙人間的兩個床拼起來跟普通的大床房一樣大。
電視就很舒服哈，可以直接看，沒有那麼花花綠綠的感覺。
