非常棒的入住體驗，前台小姐姐熱情接待，房間設施一流，酒店位置也極佳，旁邊就是商場和美食街，離風景如畫的柳江邊也是幾分鐘路程，下次來柳州還會入住。

來柳州住過這麼多家酒店，這家萬達讓我是最感動的。禮賓部很積極的幫我提沉重的行李，因為當天下着雨，還關切的問我來的路上有沒有被雨淋到，要不要喝杯熱茶，好貼心。辦入住時，聞着大堂的香味讓我心情格外舒適，那個專門的歡迎飲料，廣西特色的羅漢果茶，真的太好喝了叭！喝了好幾杯。安排的房間也很安靜舒適，一切都是我喜歡的樣子。

柳州來了幾次，每次都是入住這家酒店，酒店位置優越，交通便利，旁邊就是萬達廣場，對面不遠處就是網紅古鎮，整體入住感受很好，到店前門有人開車門拿行李，柳州山清水秀，，吃好喝好，五星好評啦

地理位置好，方便出行打車。酒店的服務員接待也很熱情，每次見面都會問好。晚上很晚回來都還能看到前門大堂有安保人員巡邏值班，入住期間感覺很安全放心👍👍👍
