The Hotel is one of the best in Liuzhou, if not the best. Room is clean and room service is quick and thorough.The view is one of a kind, seeing all of Liuzhou and overlooking the river. Breakfast is tasty and the kitchen staff is very friendly and will cater your special diet requirements. Even though the the employees don't speak much english (Reception desk or buffet workers), their manager is extremely helpful, speaks english, and will go beyond your expectations to help you and resolve any issues that arise. Wouldn't try any other hotel when traveling to Liuzhou.

The price is so cheap for its quality, the brand new parking facility is totally free. The view from my river view studio is fabulous.

Beautiful place with modern amenities. Loved my room, very spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I extended my stay by half day for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. Spectacular views..Suitable for foreigners.

Clean modern hotel with western amenities that provides a needed place to stay in Liuzhou. My room was very nice, well thought out and well maintained. Good internet and plenty of electrical outlets. TV selection for foreigners could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with a good selection for western people. Nice to know there is another great choice in nice hotels in Liuzhou.

I came to Liuzhou for three days and carefully selected this hotel. It's really great! The location is very convenient. Downstairs, across the street, there are Caomei and Gillian Luoshi Noodles, as well as the Poly Commercial District, and there are many night snack stalls. Across the bridge is Shuangyuhui, not far from the cruise ship and water bus. I didn't come on vacation, so there weren't so many people. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good. When I checked in, Jane at the front desk saw that we were a family and took the initiative to arrange us on the same floor. It was considerate. The hotel's gym is also great, and you can see the scenery of Liujiang River

The room is first-rate. The view is also first-rate. It is one of the best hotels in Liuzhou. The lobby is on the 42nd floor. The rooms are also on higher floors. The building of the hotel can be seen when you cruise on the Liujiang River at night. However, it may be located in a second-, third-, or fourth-tier city, and the waiter's handling ability is obviously still far behind the Hyatt brand. For example: someone in the lobby on the 42nd floor put his bare feet on the table (in the picture) and no waiter stopped or advised. For example, on the afternoon of the 2nd when I checked in, there was a fire drill outside the hotel, and there was water all over the floor. There was no protection or reminder in the lobby at all. I came back from packing outside, and I slipped on the marble as soon as I entered the first floor. I went to the front desk to complain. I was amused to see the girl at the front desk asking me if I wanted iodine. I said I think you need protection reminders, and the waiter said that the property didn't tell us. Alas! I said I could move after falling. If it was an elderly person, it would be a fracture. But I saw my reminder sign when I returned to the hotel at night and when I checked out today. When I checked out, the hotel apologized for my bruised legs. The laundry fee was waived. I still feel that this handling is on the road to improvement. Thank you.

The hotel is generally satisfactory. The unsatisfactory aspects are: 1. The hotel has 52 floors, from 43th to 52nd. When booking, I noted the high floor, but I was given the 46th floor. 2. When checking in, I was told that the room needed to be cleaned and I had to wait for an hour. After cleaning, the customer had to go to the front desk to ask if it was done, instead of the front desk informing the customer that they could check in! I was very dissatisfied with this service! 3. For environmental reasons, the bed sheets and quilt covers are changed every three days. Can this hygiene be guaranteed?

I personally think this is the most luxurious hotel in Liuzhou. Liuzhou is not big. Although it is not near the old street, a taxi trip can be solved with more than 10 yuan. The hotel rooms are between the 43rd and 52nd floors, and most of them have beautiful views. The auntie cleans promptly every day and the service is also very good. The only difference is that the breakfast is a little less.
