地理位置好，易找，乾淨，樓下食市超市都有，很方便，離柳州博物館，柳猴公園近，步行10多分鐘就到，離五星步行街，青雲早市打車約8元

設施略顯老化，如洗漱玻璃架螺絲鬆動，洗面奶等放不住；樓道地毯陳舊偶有坑窪不平；浴巾破洞較大。另外，衞生間設有兩層台階，且跨度較大，進出不便，尤其起夜時。
交通，柳州城市是沒有共享電動車、共享單車，在火車站看到了曲高和寡的共享汽車。公交車方面，酒店位於居民區大院裏，距離公交站點，最近的也有300米以上，且去著名景點都要倒車。如果懶，可以打網約車，不貴。
值得一提的是，酒店所在院子裏有一個規模不小的超市，很是方便。
前台大堂和樓層服務都很好，規範高效。
