優:地理位置優越，走兩三分鐘就到馬鞍山，走十幾分鍾到銀泰城、谷埠街。吃喝玩樂一步到位
缺:柳州老賓館設施什麼的都比較老化，衞生也比較差，桌子上的水漬很明顯，鏡子上也全是水漬痕跡。衞生間洗手枱破損嚴重，用膠水縫補起來的。衞生間門鎖給我換了兩間都是壞的，大概也是沒有幾間是好的。最後説一下服務態度，我們剛上去不到兩分鐘檢查出被套壞的，叫前台給換一下，説是洗滌過程中正常損耗，不影響使用。強烈要求其進行更換後，還讓人上去檢查一下有沒有躺過，躺過要收費才能給換，拜託，我才剛上去不到兩分鐘，看見這種到處破損的，誰還敢躺？當然要檢查清楚啊，總之服務態度不咋地。如果衹是單純考慮地理位置的話，可以忽略以上內容。

房間是非常老式的裝潢 棕紅色的地板和窗簾 很暗沉 廁所衞生設施很老舊 衞生差 服務不算好 話沒説完就掛電話 要求拿點東西也一直沒有人送上來 總的來説 沒什麼可取之處。。不推薦

得利賓館應該開業有20年了吧，小時候去柳州就住這，這次臨時出發找不到房，又定了得利賓館，可是，設施陳舊衞生又差，住了一晚第二天就退房換地方了

賓館環境很好，在屏山大道路邊，距離“馬鞍山”公交站不到百米吧，交通方便，有4、6、9、12、21、42、62、70路這麼多公交線路停靠，好像還有快9還是快12路。雖然挨着馬路，但是晚上非常安靜，房間也很乾凈。這次是來參加柳州馬拉松比賽的，去了人民廣場，晚上去柳江大橋看了水上噴泉，據説是亞洲最高的，可以噴百多米高呢。

網上預訂網上開票，退房時不説這個發票要前台領，走了3天還是等待商家開票，打電話一問要去前台開才得，前台態度極差，網上申請開票時沒有註明要前台拿，退房前台也不説，差評
