優點：
1. 高樓層風景很好
2.我選的房型是最貴的大床房，房間很大
3.樓下便是萬達廣場，購物逛街吃飯很方便，離廣西科技大學也不遠，步行進學校操場可以跑步
缺點：
1.和萬達公寓在一起，人員有點雜，但電梯有五部，不算等太久
2.設施還是缺少維護，走廊裏的話半夜回來發現都掉下來了，我扶起放一邊兩天了，也沒人管
最大的缺點：
早餐很差，幾乎沒啥可吃的！早餐照片我就不拍了，各位自己腦補！
