前台服務態度差，WIFI要自己問，洗衣房要自己找，拿房卡時這些都不會主動告訴你的；配套設備管理差，洗衣房一言難盡，洗衣機不敢用，都是自己手洗，結果烘乾機裏也奇臭無比，照片我就不拍了，臭味也拍不出來，靠你們自己花錢聞吧

酒店很新，我有潔癖，每次對酒店都會對衞生要求比較嚴格，皮膚也容易過敏，還有鼻炎，看得出床單被套包括房間灰塵都幾乎很乾凈！沒有睡的癢，也沒有打噴嚏，睡的很舒服。酒店服務業特別好，特別是前台服務細節比較照顧入住客人感受，謝謝。

不曉得trip app這家酒店的評價分數為何只是4.6而已？？總之，我覺得是低估了！！
首先，以柳州市的等級，這家酒店的位置是少數距離機場在10公里內；這點太重要了，像今天遇早上航班因天候取消，臨時改訂班機時間又提前；如果位置偏遠，萬一又遇塞車，後果真是不堪設想阿！
其次，櫃台人員的服務品質很讚～遇到客人想打車但無法線上支付，願意主動以客人給現金方式協助手機代訂付費，真是解決旅客我出遊的大難題；二天行程圓滿，絲毫未減少我對柳州好山好水一行的良好印象！
感謝維也納酒店人員這二天所提供令人賓至如歸的服務°
柳州市實在不是只有美味的螺獅粉阿！！
