My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I haven't encountered such a meticulous and thoughtful service for a long time. The room has fruit snacks every day. The first day of check-in may be because of the registration message of female guests, and a plate of cucumber slices is also cut for the mask. Every day, there is musk, which is simply my preference. The breakfast buffet is comparable to a five-star hotel, and afternoon tea is provided after 1:30 every day. There is a special person wearing a red vest in the lobby to guide the guests. Super warm and caring.
