Really nice big room! Bit noisy around night with the club just below us but very nice!

Fab hotel right in the heart of liverpool night life staff on front desk was very helpful will definetley be returning

Stayed for the weekend and we were greeted by Faye (who was incredible) she sorted us out and was so helpful and made it very special

Fantastic location. Faye upgraded our room my son was over the moon with the facilities. Faye was manager but also front of house. Faye ordered our taxi straight to Anfield, Faye also gave us the local taxi number. The room we had the skyliner had a massive bath that needed filling but only by members of staff. I rang at 00:00 and they filled it for our arrival back at the hotel. Plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend to families, singles and couples.

Was amazing and spacious, looked exactly like the photos and was in a great location. The price was amazing for just me and my two friends. Hens and stags alot of people would fit into these rooms

Stayed here for my birthday last weekend and had the most amazing time from the outset. The staff are so friendly and could not do enough for us. Sean was attentive the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as sharing his recommendations and local knowledge. Would stay again.

We got the “PSYCHO” room for just the two of us. I was really nervous after reading all of the reviews but went in with very low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised! First of all the staff are everything!! The lady at the front desk was a literal pro at customer service couldn’t praise her enough. She gave us suggestions, wristbands, was honest and transparent about charges and really helpful. She want above and beyond at every chance she got and I just couldn’t say enough how much it made a difference. Now onto the room. Truth be told it’s run down clearly from people mistreating it over many years which makes the £50 deposit very understandable and quite reasonable providing I get it back. However, the themes are fun, rooms are clean, towels are clearly quite old but again very clean. I’ve got to say the bed is the genuinely the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. I can tell the staff put all the effort they can into the place and that’s enough at the end of the day especially for the price we paid and the location. The bath was easy to use and extremely clean. Only thing I’d say is that we kept setting the fire alarm off from having the shower/bath on this is due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Also when you shower the shower almost showers the floor by design flaw I imagine which is annoying so be prepared for that. Also the speakers didn’t work we weren’t bothered by that but I think some people might be. We accidentally connected to next doors though so theirs works🤣 There’s a TV with all the film apps that just need you to log in which was great too. The mini fridge luckily came empty so we saved a fair bit of money on that too which was great. On the whole though the room was fit for purpose, the location was perfect, the staff were phenomenal and it was really good value for money. Also there is parking literally a 2 minute walk away for £10 for 24 hours by park bee. Don’t be paying the £30 on the street that’s just daylight robbery.
