Lacking cleanliness. ・There are no slippers. ・The toilet bowl and sink are next to each other, making it difficult to use the toilet. ・Windows are noisy due to strong winds. -The whole room is dirty. ・There are no amenities."

Novotel Liverpool Centre
"Nice customer service and Good location but the room not really clean."
Liverpool City Centre by BridgeStreet
"The apartment overall was big. We booked a two bedroom. The bedrooms were on the small side with little room to walk around the bed, but each room had a double or queen bed. The sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. The living room was large and could easily fit 6 people around the dining table. The main issue was the noise. We were street facing above Waterstones on the 1st floor; room 115 (actually about 4 floors up within the actual building) but the noise from the street was ever present. Revellers on a night out until early in the morning and then buskers and a public street piano from around 8am. There are rooms that face into a courtyard that may be quieter. I did ask for a high-up, quiet room at check-in but was told the assigned room should be fine as the room is a few floors up. As the weather was warm and open windows a must to keep cool we had to put up with the noise. Otherwise the place was sparkling clean. Lovely bedding and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, etc."

Holiday Inn LIVERPOOL - CITY CENTRE by IHG
"Holiday Inn Liverpool is located across the Liverpool Limestreet Station. My personal view the hotel 'location is very convenient,j ust walking across the street. Sainsbury's Local is attached to the hotel. Toiletries itiems have to be asked at the reception counter. Daily cleaning has to be requested. Tourist attractions , such as Albert Dock, athe Beatles can be reached by waking."

"All was good, just very noise, always party during night time. Doors always open and close with big noise, could be better isolated."
