Really good hotel with excellent staff. Megan on reception was most helpful. My room was very comfortable and there is a very friendly atmosphere. It's in a good location for shopping and sight seeing too. Ivana greeted me each morning for breakfast with a smile and being on my own I appreciated the single table she reserved for me. Thank you Ivana and Alex too for showing me how to work the coffee machine!! I will definitely be back!

Nice location, nice friendly people, almost swanky hotel. Rooms on the tired side which shows when it has shown design bravery, with a black bathroom for example. A little noisy on the river front but all acceptable for the location and hospitality.

Came here for a birthday weekend for my wife with my youngest daughter 7, oldest daughter and her partner and my mom and dad. After just finishing my breakfast I felt the need to immediately write a review. Location is great right on the docks and close to everything. Parking is over the road so no issues parking or getting things from the car. Hotel is modern clean and smells clean!!! Food and drink is lovely and must say I have been to London several times and this was far superior and probably the best breakfast I’ve had in a UK hotel. What really makes this hotel is the staff from the moment you arrive with the reception staff, the first drink you order and the services at any meal time is exceptional. I think other hotels should send secret guests here to see how hotel staff should act , as they truly are 5 star, nothing is to much, friendly, helpful and again probably the best inhave experienced in the UK. This will be the only hotel for us now when visiting Liverpool and this has really made our weekend special.

Clean high class hotel excellent spacious rooms over looking the river. Food amazing staff very helpful nice and clean hotel. Car park dead opposite easy walk to the Docklands . Down side dark decor but very stylish making it hard to see the room for a shave ! Husband says . Fabulous huge bath and shower

We attended the Ladies Day at Malmaison , for the second year running and it didn’t disappoint. Great service, and excellent value for money too. The one course meal to start was good followed by a delicious afternoon tea later on. Excellent
