The location is convenient, just outside the subway station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Liverpool One. The room is relatively large. The only problem is that the toilet is a disabled toilet, and taking a shower will make the toilet wet.

Great no nonsense hotel. Stayed the night before a meeting, room was large clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

Service was great..lodged there in the past. Very serene environment, kind of in the heart of the city but away from the city. I will recommend it!

Inconvenient to move luggage for car driver as public carpark is quite far from hotel.

I booked a room at the heeton Hotel on the 25th October for a king room standard. My girlfriend checked in as I have been away working for a while and was late coming back. She checked in. When I got to the hotel to my surprise we've been given a disabled room with no bath or a descent shower so I couldn't get a wash during my stay! Also the bed cover had spots over it so we didn't sleep with a duvet. I didn't complain at the time because it was so late I barely had time to relax. My stay was possibly one of the worst nights I have had. Very upset

Love the location close to the royal Albert dock lovely seanery, had issue with breakfast was supposed to be included in price but reception staff Said they dont do that!! They didnt seem to care but other than that it's a lovely hotel good stay! Trip.com were helpful though and gave me trip coins to compensate for the 2 breakfasts
