It's been awhile since I visited however avoid at all costs. Findings the establishment is hard enough and you had to travel to a sister hotel to obtain a code. The codes on the doors for the room were not changed between guests so once you had the code you could go back and enter the room at any point and this is what happened to my moms rooms. People entered my moms rooms whilst we were out and stole her belongings even make up pallets. On top of this they even tipped water in the bed ect.. absolutely violating to have your belongings stolen and have someone be so nasty. Other guests did hear the commotion but did not think anything of it as they assumed the guests staying there had returned. We know the codes to the door were not changed between guests as a older dated letter from months previous had the same code which was in one of the draws. Never on earth would I ever dream of stepping foot in this place again and never would I ever recommend them At the time when I did call management didn't really seem bothered and just said oh send an email.

Booked as good location for Wavertree Let’s Rock within walking distance. First impressions not good and really for the money we paid it really was a poor accommodation. Too many negatives to list. Positives- bed was comfy and Room 4 is spacious. Room was warm with a kitchen area that was a useful addition. Served a purpose which was some where to sleep but won’t be returning.

the problem is that the management doesnt put a sign outside saying please do the check-in in the hotel! this makes everything difficult. I understand that you send a message but a visible sign outsife saying dear guest you need to check in in this hotel located 700 euro from here.. if you need help call this number... nothing of nothing... the only hero is the night concierge who every night has to deal with this whereas the sleepy morning manager simply doesn't care...

We checked in round the corner a short drive from the house, the man at the front desk was so helpful as it was our first time in Liverpool.. when we got to the house (it was so easy to find) there was available parking on the drive.. then when we got in to our room we were very happy with the size and space… we were then shocked to find a mini kitchen behind some double doors that we thought was a wardrobe. it was fantastic, best surprise ever. We slept well, no noise, great location. Definitely returning. Thank you!

1* was too good a rating for my experience. Booked through *********** and followed the instructions to access property. I couldn't access and no one answered the number I was given to call. After long and arduous journey and several attempts to get in and call I had to book somewhere else and try to recover a refund from here afterwards. The rep from here was awful to deal with. He didn't believe I was there or that I called as he had no phone records for me (he was using a different number from the one I'd been given) and couldn't see me on the CCTV. Apparently I was in the wrong place. I was outside the Mountford Hotel, where I'd been sent for keys. Whatever errors I made or didn't make, he was so unhelpful. It was my first visit to Liverpool of many future ones, so I explained that I would love to have stayed here again. He offered me £7.50 off my next stay. I'm sure they would be lovely if all goes to plan; however if you have any dispute with them, be prepared for long battle and no joy. I highly recommend the cheaper, Sefton Hotel around the corner.
