Great location! Go straight out of the hotel and go straight to the right to see the ancient church and the museum by the river. The key hotel room is the wooden floor, which is more friendly to people with nose allergies!

The hotel is located near the pier, but a 15 min walk from the city centre. It's convenient to go to the waterfront, The Museum of Liverpool and the bus station. Wifi is free and strong even in the room. Clean and tidy. Can open a bit of window. No breakfast included but Costa and Pret nearby. I walked around 50 minutes to Anfield. Quiet at night. But 2 fire alarms happened in 4 days I stayed. Staff said there was someone smoked in room! Love the big TV with Sky Sports channel which some of the PL matches can be watched. Also have a gym in 1/F

Bed is literally hard as a rock. Worse hotel stay on our tour and that's saying alot as we've had a few doozies. Cold and dusty laminate floors. Windows all face brick walls. Walk out shower was slick as an ice rink with no rubber mats provided to prevent falls plus while showering, the entire bathroom floor got drenched with water. Food in hotel was extremely salty. Ordered lamb and sent it back because it was over cooked and chewy. Got a hamburger and that was way too salty. Would not ever stay or eat there again. Staff was fantastic and lobby was

Hayden was wonderful during our wedding stay! My main criticism is the pillows, they're way too soft and a selection to choose from would be better. Otherwise a lovely stay with great breakfast.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel, staff couldn't of been more helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean with good sized rooms. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Will definitely be staying again
