Great location! Go straight out of the hotel and go straight to the right to see the ancient church and the museum by the river. The key hotel room is the wooden floor, which is more friendly to people with nose allergies!

The hotel is located near the pier, but a 15 min walk from the city centre. It's convenient to go to the waterfront, The Museum of Liverpool and the bus station. Wifi is free and strong even in the room. Clean and tidy. Can open a bit of window. No breakfast included but Costa and Pret nearby. I walked around 50 minutes to Anfield. Quiet at night. But 2 fire alarms happened in 4 days I stayed. Staff said there was someone smoked in room! Love the big TV with Sky Sports channel which some of the PL matches can be watched. Also have a gym in 1/F

Absolutely lovely stay at this hotel - our room was on the small side but beautifully decorated and clean with a stocked mini fridge of goodies, dressing gowns, slippers, and shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. We stayed Thursday to Saturday and it was very quiet on the Thursday but a bit noisy on the Friday as our room overlooked the bar terrace outside. Breakfast was great with friendly staff who went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Hotel is lovely, the lady on reception really friendly and it’s well positioned.
Decided we would go back to the hotel for a bottle of wine. 2 guys on the bar, one who said he would be with us in a minute and the other that just ignored us. Eventually the ignoring one was told to come and serve us so we asked for a wine list and ordered a bottle, came back and said we haven’t got that MATE! He then walked off and carried on listening to his earbuds…we left!
Next morning really busy for brekkie and the previous morning it had been fantastic, 2nd morning very overcooked.
All in all we would go back….
