Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Booked a standard room online 1st, the room had window but it was looking at Tesco Superstore (216) so I kindly asked the hotel staff if they can upgrade me to the room with a better view. And so they did, when I came to the reception for 3rd time, however, but I got it. A receptionist, a young man with black hair (I didn’t ask his name, unfortunately) helped me and transfered me almost immediately inti the room 509 for which I am extremelly grateful to him. The room had a view of the city, the BBC 95,8 radio tower and Radio city 96,7 radio tower. The staff was kind, the room was great, breakfast was amazing. I am vegan by preference and believe me, I’ve eaten there. 😃 The kind staff prepared vegan sausages upon request (they also had vegan bacon if anyone wants that-didn’t try it though), you can have peanut bitter, sunflower spread, orange/strawberry/plum jam, soya milk for your coffee, juice, water, fruit… If I managed to eat, trust me, you will too. 🤩🤩🤩 Location is great because you’re in the centre. Wi-fi could be better because it breaks every so often. But I recommend this hotel and like Arnie says: “I’ll be back.” 😂 See you, hopefully soon, Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre 😘😃

Couldn't have been better. Stunning location beside everything yet QUIET room. Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Late night open Tesco Express next door. Caffe Nero across the street. I would want this hotel any time I'm in the beautiful city of Liverpool.

Highly recommend hotel . Staff very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Food good and excellent value. Would stay here again . Central to all . Everything within walking distance Great shopping centre close by. Lots to see and do around Albert Dock Lively pubs with music . Liverpool is a great city to visit .

Three night stay in Liverpool, staff were so helpful and friendly . We ate in on Friday evening and Holly our waitress was excellent, so helpful , friendly and a super host. We couldn't have asked for more . This is our third stay at Premier Inn Liverpool 1 and love coming back

We ate in the restaurant in the evening, fab meal, excellent service from the lovely Holly. Good value, good food, Holly told us about the meal deal, so saved us lots of penny's. Hotel well run, very clean and tidy. We will revisit again I'm sure soon.

Had another great stay wouldn’t stay any where else ,we always have the meal deal great value great food and fabulous staff .checked in by a lovely Australian girl sorry forgot to get her name .on restaurant duty Holly ,Fran ,Stevie and Abdulu good service nothing too much trouble for them very helpful and always with a smile .Only one gripe no decaf tea bags could there not be put back on the menu please .

Love the bed....always a great sleep! love the spoiling factor of a super comfortable clean room and bathroom with great privacy and appreciate the choice of if and when to have room cleaned. Really enjoy the alone time.
