Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

Had another great stay wouldn’t stay any where else ,we always have the meal deal great value great food and fabulous staff .checked in by a lovely Australian girl sorry forgot to get her name .on restaurant duty Holly ,Fran ,Stevie and Abdulu good service nothing too much trouble for them very helpful and always with a smile .Only one gripe no decaf tea bags could there not be put back on the menu please .

Love the bed....always a great sleep! love the spoiling factor of a super comfortable clean room and bathroom with great privacy and appreciate the choice of if and when to have room cleaned. Really enjoy the alone time.

Hotel ideally located next to Liverpool One Shopping Centre, approx 10min walk from Lime Street Railway station. Handy for numerous bars and restaurants. Arrived approx 12.20 hoping to take advantage of early check in (called a couple of days before visit but advised couldn’t pre book early check in). Rooms not ready. Went out for a walk, returned 2.15 but still not ready despite reception request to prioritise so had to wait until 3pm. Despite our disappoin**ent, reception and staff were all friendly. Premier Plus room as expected. Limited but enjoyable breakfast. Bar open 24hrs. Direct link to local taxi firm was useful although there is a taxi rank 100m down road. Enjoyed our stay.

Premier inn Liverpool One is a great choice for visiting Liverpool due to it's perfect location and ar park adjacent . Room had everything we needed (power shower was great), and air con was much appreciated. Breakfast perfect - plentiful and hot, and great service from all staff.

The bed was amazing so comfortable. Room was spotless, I can't find anything that I didn't like. Also the staff was always on hand if you seeded anything. We will definitely be going back, it was in the middle of Liverpool and was central to everything and only a 10 minute walk to the Albert Docks 😀

Premier Inn Hanover Street great hotel and location for bars and shops, staff very helpful and hotel very clean nothing too much trouble

Great location to explore Liverpool. Everything within walking distance. Hop on bus at airport, last stop on route is where you get off....so easy!
