Our experience was great, clean room very roomy. Plenty of facilities in room and on site. Staff were able to help with any queries and questions we had about the hotel and surroundings near hotel.
The ice machine facility with ice buckets in room were a great to find to as this was a last minute booking we were very happy. Thank you

Small things changed the experience from very good to mediocre. The room toilet repeatedly decided to squeak in the middle of the night which woke me up until i flushed it again. Damp around the windows in the room and the carpet needed a good clean. bathroom was old fashioned.

The staff were lovely and very attentive. When we first arrived our safe was broken and this was fixed quickly. Service was fast. All staff were very welcoming. The hotel room itself wasn’t emasculate however the bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Staff were informed that it was for a birthday and they did not accommodate however their friendliness definitely deserves a 5* rating

The room was lovely but the pillows were really uncomfortable. Throughout the night i could hear what sounded like a boiler firing up loudly and the person above me had the tv on quite loud
