Our experience was great, clean room very roomy. Plenty of facilities in room and on site. Staff were able to help with any queries and questions we had about the hotel and surroundings near hotel.
The ice machine facility with ice buckets in room were a great to find to as this was a last minute booking we were very happy. Thank you

The room appeared worn-out, with stains marring the curtains and black mold encroaching around the window. Notably, the security latch on the door was absent, posing a safety risk. Additionally, the bathroom door bore evidence of previous damage, albeit poorly repaired. I have documented these concerns with photographs, which I am prepared to share with you. It's worth mentioning that I've stayed at this hotel before without encountering any issues.

Good hotel , nice location, nice staff , good rooms. However the Spa really needs a good paint. Paint was falling off the ceiling , rusty steps, mould on walls. Quite unpleasant. Shame because it spoils the hotel. If you are not bothered about the spa I recommend the hotel. If the Spa is important go else where until it has been painted. I did nit visit the gym.

I arrived at this hotel relatively late in the evening - absolutely no-one on reception. Eventually someone arrived to check me in. I specifically asked for a quiet room and was allocated a room on the 9th Floor where I had to endure a loud humming noise for the whole night. I got up in the early hours to speak to the night staff who gave me a set of earplugs - they didn't work. They said that they would report this issue (great but didn't help me at that particular time). Upon speaking to my colleague, he said exactly the same thing. Car parking is nearby in a NCP. The location is good but lack of sleep would put me off staying here again. The breakfast is ok. Upon checking out I was not asked about my stay but I did make a point of saying that I had had no sleep. The receptionist gave me a card with the manager's details on - a review will have more effect I feel.

Place was expensive for very poor quality. Mold and broken doors. Ac was not working. Bed wasn’t even a king bed and not clean. NOT CLEAN!

The spa is terrible. Mole everywhere. Smels bad. We bookt it for acces to spa and paid extra for that. But it was terrible. We send email to the hotell but no response. So bad!
