立地はとても良くて、リバプールを観光するのに最適な場所だと思います。到着初日、部屋のトイレのボタンに不具合がありましたが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応して別の部屋を用意してくれました。
また、近くにコインランドリーが無いか聞いた時も丁寧に場所を教えてくださいました。それ以外にも、ホテルの方のホスピタリティを感じる場面が何度かあり、またリバプールに泊まる際には利用したいと感じるホテルでした。

Booked through my trip app for 2 adults 1 child. Arrived at hotel and they only had a generated booking for double room two adults which I found out after I checked in and completed manual check in form at reception with 3 guest on it. Hotel was fully booked. Manger who was very professional found a solution and got a pull out bed delivered to our room. Which was great but room was very compact. But a dampner on our stay.

I gave the Manager of this property every opportunity to contact me, in the hope of resolving the issues found at this hotel, my displeasure was also noted at checkout. I booked and paid for two rooms here on Saturday 17th February, a Birthday treat for a friend, sadly lacking in the standards I would expect from such an establishment. A pair of underpants had been left in a bedside drawer in our room, a pair of socks from a previous occupant left in the other room and a television that didn’t produce any sound. The mattress in our room was absolutely shot and not fit for purpose, with every spring in the mattress felt, only one pillow per person available, an awful nights sleep had. It would appear that not a jot is given for their customers or the services provided here. Guest services and Housekeeping desperately need to up their game. I won’t be returning.

Where do I start. I booked for the family. 4 kids 4 adults. Went for a walk on day 1. Came back to the hotel and was informed that we had to leave the hotel because of the two year old child soiled the bed. And unopened bottle of alcohol was in the room. Bear in mind we traveled from Ireland and booked for 4 nights. Kids crying because we had nowhere to go at the time.horrible people. Avoid.

Bathroom stank of 'off' drains / stagnant water. Rooms are a bit weird and rather tacky - shiny purple paint over old anaglypta wallpaper. Wouldn't stay again
