Total farce. The key collection address is a derilict building. The phone number on the confirmation email is out of service. Avoid like the plague. Total waste of time and money, Trip is aware of this so one hopes that they will be removed from the site as soon as possible.

Firstly, Collecting the room key I got to the office paid over my deposit etc. As I entered the suite and the first thing I noticed was a weird smell of dampness, I had then noticed I had no service and I was on one bar to a point where my data went from 5G to 3G to nothing so I decided to connect to the apart-hotels wifi. It kept showing à privacy warning issue but it wouldn’t connect, I called the main office to address this issue and I was told unfortunately everything was down and it would be fixed by the next day. There was nothing for me to do as I couldn’t connect my laptop so I decided to have a quick shower and go to bed. The second issue was the shower was overhead shower instead of a normal one, not everyone is able to use those type of showers for cultural reasons etc. So it was hard trying to shower without getting my hair wet. As I go to grab my towel I see the whole bathroom and room was flooded and steamed up which left me confused because how was that possible? But I chose to ignore it, I go to grab a towel and I noticed a trace of cobwebs by my towel and I hurried out the bathroom. Because of how fogged up the room was I had to open the window that was by the bed only for me to find that outside my window was dirty, moldy, used condoms, crisp packets, needles. I immediately closed it and tried to open the window above the sink but the handle was broken. Tried turning on the AC and nothing but dust came out for the first 20 minutes before it cleared up the room And I switched it to 30° to heat up the room. The heating stopped working so I had to use the oven for heat. THE OVEN. I didn’t feel as safe or comfort in the place so I asked my sister who happened to be in Liverpool to come stay with me before she headed back to Manchester. As stated before the internet was a huge problem. The next morning we woke up and I had an important meeting to attend via Zoom. I couldn’t connect it to my phone so I called up the office again asking what the situation was. The first lady said that someone had been sent out but they hadn’t gotten back to them yet which I found odd. The second time my sister called and addressed the same issue and they said there was nothing they could do about it. A third party suggested we go to their office and hold the meeting there. As someone who suffers with social anxiety and being in public places I declined and there was no solution to our problems. We asked to change rooms or at least a different EPIC apart-hotel and I was told the problems didn’t just occur with my room, it was at every apart-hotel under their name. Overall, I was not happy with my stay and wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Don't order, don't order, don't order. The tableware was dirty, there was no hand soap and body shampoo, which I put up with. When I checked in, I was asked to pay a deposit of 50 pounds. After waiting for half a month, it was still not refundable. I contacted the hotel through Ctrip, but I couldn't contact the hotel for a week! This is the first time I have encountered such a thing in such a big age!

No sugar or spare toilet rolls & was expecting twin bed option so ended up upgrading & paying extra as un-refundable to rebook at cheaper price :-(

A difficult 3 night stay. Advises that it sleeps 5 but the pull out couch needed to accommodate the 4th and 5th person was unusable. I don't see how anyone could sleep on it. And even if the bed was ok, it was located in the living area and there were no blinds on 1 of the large street facing windows (close to floor to size). Luckily we only had 3 staying so no one needed to use that room for sleeping. Couldn't have stayed if 4 or 5 people. The AC unit wasn't working and when on, made a horrible noise. 1st night we tried it as we arrived late in the evening and couldn't sleep due to the noise. When we realized it wasn't working, we just sweated the following nights. Staff were friendly, which is why they didn't get a 1 rating. While friendly, they had to be reminded multiple times for each request (towels, a fan due to aC not working) and so were not actually helpful.

Excellent communication prior to stay and very pleasant to deal with. Assisted with a bag drop whilst room being cleaned. Apartment was clean and a good size with superb facilities. Lighting a bit dull and needs an extractor for when time spent in shower. Unfortunately there is building works on next door at present and they started early.

My stay was somewhat spoiled by the fact that I didn’t read small print and was later asked for a £50 deposit. Upon my arrival I checked in which was quite well explained despite the convoluted key in the lockbox scenario and as I was in a hurry, I dropped off my cases and went to my already late for appointment…. when I got in late at night, I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which, with the benefit of hindsight worried me somewhat in that, if it was considered, I had been smoking (something which I do not do) I would be liable to lose my £50 deposit so as I write this review, I am somewhat anxious to see the £50 deposit return to my account unscathed and it is this feeling that leaves me needing to give this review in less than five star account.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is an issue with cleanliness as we found used towels and various other items on the floors. The beds were clean.

Only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights and nothing to put on the floor. The bathroom was in pretty poor condition. We were told to park in a particular car park to get discounted parking, this wasn’t the closest but due to the promised discount we parked in the advised car park, when checking out Sunday morning we asked how to apply the discount to be told they didn’t do this anymore. The hotel is in a great location and was very easy to access with the information sent through via WhatsApp.

Everything was paid for the hotel, including the security deposit. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30pm to no one being at reception, no answer when tried calling to get in. We went to the hotel on seel street and one of the staff called someone from the hotel, who then took us back to the hotel, only to find out the security deposit didn’t go through so had to pay it again. We wasn’t told about getting an email with a code to get into the hotel. The guy was helpful with getting us into our room. By the time we got into the hotel it was 10:30pm, we were soaked from the rain to then find out we only had one towel, so we had to buy some more. The sofa bed didn’t have a sheet on so we took it off the main bed. Surely if the hotel knows there are 3 people they should provide for all of them. The beds were comfy and the kitchen facilities were really useful.

Fabulous location Very comfortable bed A couple of utensils/cups /glasses were missing but they were very quick to correct this.. Excellent communication for check in . Disappointing you do not get a discount from the local Q Park as we were charged a whole 2 days but were only there 1 1/2 days
