Great location, clean, no noise except for people on the corridor. Steps to train station and all amenities in the city center, shops and stores. One strange thing concerns calling the property to confirm the booking, email your ID and pay a deposit on the phone. When booking via a platform, I don't understand why I should call a phone number and submit my card details to a third party. This is very strange and should not be required.

Apartment was modern but blinds were broken plus door didn’t shut into bathroom , noise from bars outside was on till 2am then noise from clubbers passing by went on till 6am then it was the turn of the dust bins etc so no sleep at all , prob great if there for nightlife but we were back in room at 11pm

Nice big place. We feel like it would probably have been really nice when it was first done up but it's showing the years now. The bed isn't very comfortable and the pillows are like rocks. It was extremely hot in the flat at night even with the windows open, and the noise of the main street made it impossible to sleep. There was an extremely gross and dusty small fan but that was it. If you come in the winter it might be better but for us it was quite a rough stay. Not the worst place but not amazing either which is why it's 3/5

We booked this for a lady that works for us. Tey called at 2 pm saying we needed to pay £80 deposit before they would give her the code to get in. At 3 pm she got sent the code which didn't work. She called then, no answer so left a message. I also called three times and left messages. No one replied and we had to book another hotel. 3 people in total were waiting and everyone just had to leave. We still haven't had a reply!

The apartment wss overall good but When arrived I was charged twice and the gentleman said the card was declined but I showed him my transaction but I had to pay again. Now today when I got back from my trip the staff still havent put my over payment back in and ive rang them twice most disappointed and not good when they owe me £200 POUND over payment I will not use again

Very close to lots of bars, which in one way is good. But on a warm night where you have to leave the windows open it's very noisy. Check in is in a different place which you only find out from an email on the day and you have to pay an £80 deposit which again I wasn't aware of until the day before.

The property is in a very good central location. I expected a level of noise because it is central, but honestly I really didn't expect noice on the street outside until 5am on a Wednesday! I know it's not the property managers fault, but it did mean that I went to run an all day meeting on very little sleep the next day. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable, clean (although previous occupant must have smoked as it smelt of smoke), good shower and lots of space. Access was very easy and straightforward and keyless, which was great! If I was staying longer I might have wanted a few more kitchen utensils as it would be difficult to cook with what's provided. But fine for heating up a ready meal and having a cuppa!
