Great apartment, great location, all needed items and furnishings present. The apartments are ideal for anyone to have a short term get away in the headlrt of liverpool. As others have stated, you are above a busy street in liverpool with bars and music. There is soundproofing, but only so much music can be stopped. Please be fully aware of this when booking. It is not the fault of the apartments or the company. We found the background music was not oppressive or any reason to not return to this property. We would happily stay here again an d recommend to others.

We had booked 2 rooms for our party of 14. Our apartments weren't together but that was fine. It was very close to everything location was great, Cavern Club etc all in same street. The music however was very loud and vibrated the full building so if you want a good sleep maybe not for you. Place was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Lovely big bath and walk in shower. Nothing was a hassle for the owners when we needed something. Would definitely return.

Had the best time stay was perfect even the housekeeping met a lovely housekeeper Kay she help us so much with direction new towels toilet rolls really lovely place to stay bit noisy of a night time but it was expected as it is Matthew street the place of the Beatles

I will write in Portuguese, which is my language, to find words to describe the trauma I suffered with my daughter. I rented a 2-bedroom apartment for one night with Happy Days Apartments, with a promotional price of £100 for accommodation + £100 security deposit. I asked to check in 30 minutes earlier but they didn't allow it (ok, I understand that sometimes it's not possible). When I arrived at the apartment at approximately 4:00 pm, as it was winter, there was almost no natural light and I had almost no battery left on my cell phone. When we turned on the lights we realized that there was no power in the apartment. We couldn't put our cell phone to charge either. It wasn't even possible to use the bathroom because there was no light. We contacted the company, which offered us an “upgrade” to another apartment (SGT Peppers Apartments), which would be a 10-minute walk away (in the rain). We were already out of battery on our cell phones and very tired. We managed to find the second accommodation by asking people on the street for references to Caverna, but to our surprise, upon arriving at the property, there was an unbearable smell of cigarettes (I'm extremely allergic), of wet dogs and, as if that weren't enough, the noise of the pub below the apartment reverberated until the walls vibrated (no exaggeration, I have video). I contacted the administration and to my surprise, a staff appeared at the door of the apartment literally EXPELLING us!! Me and my daughter, screaming, taking our belongings without our authorization and throwing them outside the apartment. We had no battery, no accommodation, it was raining and cold, it was already after 7pm... I have never felt so violated in my life, I don't recommend the place or the team to anyone.

Arrived at the apartment for a birthday weekend stay. From the offset there were issues. We booked a 10 person apartment for extra space and arrived into the wrong apartment which only slept 8. Fortunately, 2 of our group had dropped out so there was enough space for us to sleep, but regardless of this, it wasn’t what we had booked and were told there was nothing that could be done. We then began to notice the dirt. The floors were filthy, sticky and most definitely had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with lipstick marks and were wet. The bedding was dirty and the mattresses had marks and stains all over them. We contacted the host and they brought a mattress topper and fresh towels to get us by. The next morning we woke up to a leak in one of the bedrooms and damp all up the wall in the living area. The leak was coming from directly above the bed which then made the bed sopping wet. We called the host and the woman we spoke to was incredibly unhelpful but told us a maintenance guy would be coming out to sort the leak, which is clearly a health hazard. We also explained that the towels given were now being used to soak up the leak so requested more. We told the host we didn’t feel comfortable with the cleaning staff going into the apartment whilst we were out and asked if we could be let know when they are due to arrive so we could make sure we were present. 1 hour later we received a message to let us know cleaning service had been into the apartment and given fresh towels and ‘sorted’ the leak. This was unacceptable as we had previously stated we didn’t want the cleaners in whilst we were out which they completely disregarded. When we got back to the apartment the leak which was ‘sorted out’ was a mop bucket put directly in the middle of the room and the bed shifted about. No extra cleaning had been done at all. We asked to speak to a manager which we were told wasn’t available and would be available on Sunday. We decided to take this dispute through Airbnb instead of directly through the host as they were not helpful at all. We received a call from the manager 30 minutes after the dispute was put through Airbnb to which he told us he would give a discount on the next day and a round of drinks and some sort of monetary compensation. The next day when we went to check out at the hotel which they also occupy, we walked into reception to have an awful women stood at the desk on the phone discussing and bad mouthing our group. We stood and listened (because of course they didn’t know who we were) until she was finished. We then made it clear who we was to her and explained how unprofessional it is to be having conversations like that at a front desk and in front of a whole group of guests. They gave us a £100 refund (12.50 per guest) which is completely unsatisfactory and we left. We then contacted Airbnb again to which they have sorted more of the issue and have awarded a further refund for the booking. Please please please do

If I could give it less than 1 I would! We were in apartment 2 and the band downstairs in St Peppers bar started at lunch time and finished at 2am. This caused the entire apartment to vibrate for all of this time. The bands sounded good which was lucky as you could hear every chord and word! Our neighbours ( not in our party) had a party at 5am and the walls we super thin so we could hear everything from them. The floors looked clear but if you walk around barefoot be prepared for the soles of your feet to be black, which happened to us on the first day. The toilet roll ran out and there was no one to supply more and finally check out was 11am and someone knocked on the door long before this to make sure we were leaving and stood outside to wait. Although the location was good, if you want sleep for the money I would recommend staying anywhere else!

Amazing apartments very clean next door to the cavern club loud music can be heard on the the night Greggs round the corner Tesco Express and Yannis chip shop best in Liverpool all within 5 min walk from the apartments 10min from the docklands and the liver building cheapest overnight parking is Victoria street parking 8 min walk beer £4 pint

The apartment itself was great but it was on top of a bar, which meant that loud music was being played till early hours of the morning and I could hear it from the apartment.
