The room is very modern and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. The only dissatisfaction is that I booked a twin room. The picture clearly shows two separate beds and two separate sets of quilts. What we actually checked in was two beds put together and a large quilt. We are used to two people sleeping on two quilts, which is why I always book a room with two beds!

This is my second time coming to this hotel. I like the hotel's decoration, facilities, and staff service! Moreover, this hotel is one of the few that offers free use of the minibar, and the bar downstairs is also great. Highly recommended!

Second time I have stayed here now and I think it’s.m a great hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms really nice with excellent amenities and old school touches like free drinks. The entertainment system set up is good too.
Breakfast is nice as are the paid for lunch and evening options. Sky bar is particularly nice with a 360 view which is great at sunset. Highly recommended

I stayed in two hotels in Liverpool, and I felt they were both express hotels that did not provide razors or toothbrushes. This hotel had large rooms, a wide view, and a good breakfast. It's 8 yuan by taxi from the train station and Anfield, which is not bad. I ordered it through an agent and was not allowed to adjust it, which was very unpleasant.

The hotel has complete facilities and good hygiene. It is the only hotel in my entire trip to the UK that has drinks in the mini bar for free. The drinks include 2 cans of mineral water (one can of sparkling water and one can of regular), 1 can of orange juice and 1 can of lemonade. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also very good.
