This hotel run by the best manager GAIL she, along with the staff, made our 8 days such a comfortable and memorable time in LIVERPOOL. Great breakfast’s iconic pub attached and SO CENTRAL to everything in this great city! Definitely will be going again, thank you to Mega who greeted us that night after a long flight from Australia, this gorgeous girl made us feel like we had come home then took care of our bags and made sure we had a cup of tea available 😍🥂

Over the years been to a number of hotels, but this was a little bit different. Loved it! With it's black interior, music posters, marshall amp fridges nice touch. We were greeted with efficiency and friendliness that made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and cool, bed was comfortable giving way for a cracking sleep. Will come again.

I highly recommend this hotel. We have just spent 2 nights at The Baltic Hotel and can not fault it. I had originally booked this hotel for a stay earlier in the year, but due to work thought I may have to cancel. I emailed the hotel and enquired if I could move the booking as I knew I had a family wedding. I didn't think it would be possible, but the hotel swapped the dates which was amazing. The room was lovely. The staff so helpful and friendly. The bar/pub attached was great and served a great Guinness. There is a good selection of bars etc locally also. If you plan to visit Liverpool this is a great hotel that I would recommend to all and we will definitely book here again!

The hotel is well located and offered a different room feel than the standard chains. Reception folk changed but all friendly. Well priced. I did not eat here. There is a car park opposite which was cheap for a daily rate. The room was on the hot side for me but wife likes it that way.

The breakfast was so nice the first day of our 2 day stay in Liverpool that we went back the second morning. I had the avocado toast it was so tasty and well presented and my husbands 3 egg omelette had me wanting that too. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and the decor is pretty cool too. I’ll be back. All I needed was a bigger stomach capacity as food was all so appetising.

Very comfy bed which is the most important thing everything you need in the room staff very attentive and friendly breakfast was amazing great place to stay! Ideal situation for the wedding we were at in Love Lane literally 2 minutes away couldn't have wished for better
