The hotel is located on the seaside, very close to the Albert Dock. It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus.
Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open.
Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself.
Hotel do not provide free concierge.
A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.

Bit of a rip off for the price you pay plus breakfast £15 each. Rooms are very basic and could do with a upgrade. Bit further out than I thought a good 20min walk into centre. Kfc and mcdonalds across the road. Overall very dated and Wouldn't go again

We was not informed at check in that breakfast could be ordered so when we went next morning was charged more. There is little or no security there people arguing and slamming door banging on doors for over 30 minutes. Rooms very noisy on the main road. Not for me
