酒店位於海邊，離阿爾伯特碼頭很近，步行20分鐘可到James st火車站，步行15分鐘可到市中心、利物浦大教堂等好多景點，遊覽方便。暖氣給力，温度適宜，床舒適，窗户能打開，wifi好，就是桌面光線暗，如果添加個枱燈就更好。

Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus.
Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open.
Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself.
Hotel do not provide free concierge.
A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.

We was not informed at check in that breakfast could be ordered so when we went next morning was charged more. There is little or no security there people arguing and slamming door banging on doors for over 30 minutes. Rooms very noisy on the main road. Not for me

We found the breakfast pretty good. We paid for a room with a view, the view being the carpark and KFC opposite. The room was in bad need of renovation having all walls and ceilings covered in lumpy, magnolia wall paper. The bathroom was in poor decorative order with no extraction fan working and a rusty bath! The whole room was dimly lit and it felt very urgghh. However it does have a good position and parking (beware the seagulls can make a real mess of your car).

The only good thing about this hotel is location but not on the busy road side as windows was not sufficient very noisy and that's with closed window, tiny room, wallpaper was like 70's not updated in years carpets rotten and walls next to each room are like paper next door was gang of men they was talking all night and we couldn't sleep, rang security they didn't stop the noise, the only plus is the bar garden area it was sunny the day we went so is nice next to the docks, I wouldn't stay again many more hotels for cheaper and more updated.

From the start the staff were very rude. My room was dirty with a very wet floor to the point I had to wear shoes to walk around my room but the most shocking thing was the very strong smell of smoke.
