Stunning looking apartment, didn’t expect it and can’t find anywhere else like this in the city. Email instructions are easy to follow and it’s self check in with access via your phone using an app as the key. Will definitely be back again!

Twice each year, three friends and myself spend weekends away in different cities. I take responsibility for finding the location and booking accommodation. After a very disappointing experience in Manchester for our last trip, I was really keen to find somewhere fantastic this time. Trueman Court certainly went above and beyond expectations and there was absolutely nothing that I could suggest to improve the experience. I sent several messages prior to staying as I needed help with parking, etc, and I received prompt and very concise replies. On arrival at the apartment, we all said that it was so lovely we could have happily stayed in all weekend and not ventured out! (although I had never been to Liverpool before and so I was keen to explore) Accessing the premises was simple too. The access code arrived as promised. The property was spotless clean with excellent facilities, plenty of space, warm and comfortable. We didn't hear any of the other residents whilst we were there. As a group, we are definitely coming back and I will be booking again with my husband/family and also with a different friend. This is by far the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. Thank you very much.

Lovely apartment, we stayed in number 11 for a girls weekend. Good location too not far from everything but nice and quiet. Really helpful staff when pre checking in and clever use of phone for keys. Would definitely stay again good price too

If would be a great help if you’d include the instructions on how to turn on the lights in welcome manual.

This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it.

Our apartment was a delight to stay in. Everywhere was beautifully cleaned to such a high standard, including the bedding and pillows that were also super comfortable. The location was convenient for both the docks and town centre. Would definitely stay again :)
