Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Great view out to Main Street and Chris**as Market.
Excellent location right next to Liverpool Lime St station.
Had a late lunch at their restaurant after 2 pm as room was not ready till 3 pm. We were told lunch menu no longer available and had to order from the dinner menu which actually says “from 5 pm”.
Food quality and service were both good but choices even for the dinner menu are very limited.

The location of the hotel is absolutely ok, right next to the station. The waiters are pretty and have good attitudes. I really like it. However, the room is too small, and there is no way for people to leave when the desk is occupied. The breakfast is rich and the lobby has a strong sense of design.

It is quite a nice hotel, and all the staff I met were very professional and helpful. The location is excellent being next to the train station. The rooms look good but I struggle with air conditioning and was disappointed that I couldn't open a window. The breakfast was pretty bad, the scrambled egg was horrible, the mushrooms tasteless and there was no vegetarian substitute for the sausages and bacon.

Pleasant room and hotel. Great location next to train station and short walk into town. Only thing was the room had tiny windows so not much of a view but overall great.

Hotel was very clean Housekeepers kept room lovely Clean towels daily Beds changed every two days. Only fault Housekeepers I saw throw dirty linen on floor in corridors This is a big fat no no.infection control Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices And Breakfast chef would cook you something different if you asked him
