L’hotel è in una posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro, la struttura è ben tenuta e le condizioni della camera erano ottime, pulita e con un arredo molto moderno. La colazione, servita in uno spazio elegante, era ricca e completa. Due note da migliorare sono il personale un po’ distratto e non sempre professionale e la piscina che era molto fredda e in generale la spa sarebbe da rivedere e migliorare. L’accesso alla spa era attraverso l hotel di fianco al nono piano in uno spazio modesto è solo su prenotazione.

I needed to make changes to my plans due to emergent circumstances. The staff at the hotel was hostile, rigid and entirely unwilling to make any adjustment to the original reservation.

Had a lovely week staying at this beautiful art nouveau hotel. Excellently maintained, housekeeping staff great, reception staff friendly and professional (especially Nejc). Superb location, close to centre but quiet. Breakfast was very good but 3 little things could improve it- warm plates and brown sauce for the cooked food, and maple syrup for the pancakes!

Perfect location. Hotel was super clean, breakfast was calm and very inviting. Food lovely, Room was super comfy with a lovely big walk in shower, all toiletries supplied and topped up each day plus changed towels. Kettle with Tea/coffee also supplied. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the 2 young guys on reception, sorry didn’t catch names 1 had a beard, the other I remember had earrings, are a credit to the hotel. Would we stay here again, most definitely!!

Enjoyed my 6 night stay. Hotel staff was very cordial and professional. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was comfortable, warm and quiet.
