Hotels in Ljubljana

"The location is convenient. Take the flixbus from Salzburg to Ljubljana bus terminal at 4 am. There are also city buses that go to the hotel nearby. It is only ten minutes' walk to the hotel. Taking a taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel is only 6€. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived at 5 o'clock in the morning and could sit in the lobby and rest for a few hours before storing our luggage and going out for sightseeing. Breakfast was rich and delicious."

"This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped with a king-sized bed, and breakfast is plentiful. It's about a 20-minute walk from the main bus station, but it's right next to the Old Town and has a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast spread is great, with a wide variety of fruits. My only minor complaints are due to the hotel's trendy design, which sometimes goes a bit too far in its pursuit of style: the entire wall is a large glass panel. It's lovely for street views during the day, but pulling the curtains at night is a hassle. Also, there's no privacy when stepping out of the shower, forcing you to dry off and get dressed in the wet bathroom itself."

"I stayed in B&B hotel Ljubljana park for 4D/3N PROS: Good location, walking distance from main bus/train station & to most of the tourist attractions. There are some restaurants & a mercato nearby. The room is generally clean, decent size & quiet. CONS: The shower cubicle is small, a bit difficult to move when having a shower. The bed is comfortable but it is low which can be an issue for taller people or with knee problem. The pillow & duvet/comforter is thin & single size. There is no fridge & kettle in the room. There are a couple of nights that i needed to ask from the reception staff for hot water (as I’m having abdominal discomfort). I waited for about 30-45mins, not only because they have to get water & put the electric kettle on, but also because there are a lot of guests that they have to attend to first before they can check if the hot water is ready. I didn’t mind to do it myself, but the kettle is inside the reception desk. It’s quite an inconvenience not only for me as a guest but also to the staff.  The breakfast is ok, but always have the same choices. Please note that scrabbled egg is the only choice for hot food."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great and hot a lot of tasty options. It was nice being close to the city center but in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating and there was plenty of parking available."

"Very clean and compacted room which is just nice for me. Locate is super good, within walkable distance to all the attractions. It is also near the train/ bus terminal. Will stay here again!"

"Fantastic accommodation, one of the most beautiful I've been to. Although it's on the outskirts of Ljubljana, it's easy to get to the most important points by car. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature and a railway line that doesn't get in the way, but offers a nice walking route. Manager Žiga showed how a host behaves. Friendly, businesslike, fast, with a million tips and recommendations. A clean ten. The accommodation deserves a higher rating! The apartment was warm in every sense, everything was tastefully furnished. Clean, fragrant, pleasant. The artistic paintings throughout the building give a special experience. I think I've found a permanent place to stay in Ljubljana."

"We stayed at ibis Styles Ljubljana Centre for 2 nights and really enjoyed our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the old town, restaurants, and shops, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, with fun, quirky decor that gave it character. Also bed is comfortable. There is free water filling at lobby (7th floor). The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, always happy to answer questions or help with directions."

"We stayed at one bedroom apartment named Bled. It’s cute with a touch of white + dark blue. The bedroom had Lake Bled painting on the wall facing the bed. So when I was lying on the bed, I was always facing the beautiful Lake Bled featuring the Bled Island. The breakfast was marvelous and worth my money. Will definitely repeat the stay if I happen to be landed in Ljubljana again"
