"The service and front desk ladies were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. However, this is not a luxury hotel. The quality is more like a hostel. The bathroom had a sewage drain that smelled awful, made me nauseous and was very bad at night with windows closed and no AC. I had to turn sideways to squeeze into a tiny shower. The building is old and shows its years in wear, the carpet is stained from years of use. The people were lovely, the location excellent but the actual hotel is old and run down."

"We stayed at this hotel after our Lake Bled trip before flying back the next day. We had almost everything we needed, except a kettle in the room. Also, to mention, there was no elevator in the building, so expect to carry your luggage up the stairs, but luckily we were on the first floor. Breakfast was sufficient with enough options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and polite. A good hotel option if you need a place to stay for a night before departure!"
