Hotell som i princip var inriktat mot tyska turister. Receptionspersonalen varken förstod eller pratade engelska. Rent och välskött hotell. Bra frukost och middag med skaplig variation. Tyvärr var det många som rökte både i anslutning till restaurangen och inom poolområdet.
Fin utsikt från restaurangen men poolområdet var instängt med murar som begränsade utsikten. Dålig tillgänglighet för att bada i havet vid hotellet. För att bada i havet krävdes att gå till stranden ca 10 min bort som var mer än överfull.

We spent really nice time in HSM REGANA. Generally hotel is super clean and it’s very big plus. View from restaurant it's just gorgeous. Team which working was extremely friendly. But I think there is few things you can change: - No kettle in rooms. It’s absurd... - Drinks for dinner in half board packages are chargeable. - Team members do not speak English, as I wrote before that's 4 star hotel that shouldn't happen

Déjeuner complet et assez riche. Omelette, œuf au plat et crêpes faites sur le moment par un chef cuisinier. Le café et cappuccino pourrait être bien meilleur, dommage. Les chambres sont propres et relativement spacieuse avec pour certaines une jolie vue sur la mer. Rapport qualité prix correct pour le mois d'octobre mais en pleine saison les prix peuvent atteindre les 200 euro par nuit ce qui me semble cher pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. La position est obtimal pour se rendre à pied à la magnifique plage de Cala Agulla qui se trouve à 30 mètres et la promenade du bord de mer à moins de 100 mètres.

Our group loves the hotel from start to finish. Friendly welcome, lovely clean room with a stunning sea view. Huge choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Relaxing terrace to have a drink after dinner. Short 5 minute walk to a stunning beach. Lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers. Was always plenty available when we went to the pool. Would recommend to others and would definitely go back.

l'hôtel est très bien situé proche de la cala Agualla , proche des petits commerces . L'équipe de l'hôtel est au petit soin rien à redire , avec petite attention . ce n'est pas l'hôtel pour la grosse fête. pour nous c'était parfait . Merci encore
