"Hotel in construction. We received a room with multiple problems what needed to be solved. No warm water, safe not working, tap not working, no patio furniture, no light in the WC and douche, no internet during 3 days, big noices during the whole day. No variation in the food, cold food, insufficient staff in the restaurant. This hotel is not worth 5 stars, I should give it 3 stars. We payed a lot for having received not so much It was our first stay in a hipotel and will be the last one."

Hotel Ankaa - Adults Only

"The location of the hotel is certainly convenient, as it is very close to the caves — around a five-minute walk. However, it is worth noting that the caves have a free car park, so staying at this hotel is not necessarily essential if your main purpose is to visit them. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel only has two lifts, both of which are quite slow. More importantly, our room key failed to open the door four times, both on the day we checked in and again after breakfast the following morning. In the end, reception had to send a maintenance worker to reset the lock. This wasted a lot of time and affected our mood, especially in the hot weather. What was even more disappointing was that the hotel did not offer any proper apology or gesture of goodwill, not even something small such as a bottle of Coke, although we did not ask for any compensation. The breakfast was also rather average, and the fruit did not seem fresh. Overall, if you can find a room here for under €80, it may be acceptable for a short stay. Otherwise, I do not think it is worth the price."

"The Hotel is right where you want it ! Walk out of the front door and you are on the high street, back door The beach! Even though it is in the center there is no external noise. Once you enter the Hotel you are welcome with a smile / drink and a light snack. Entertainment staff superb, Restaurant staff polite, attentive and welcoming. Pool staff superb, lovley and great laughs and chats. Name Check - Thanks Miriam & All. Food was fantastic, we were planning to eat out half the holiday, however the food was so good we only ate out once. Check out "La Sangria" on the high street. and oposite for a great Banana Split. This is what you want for a relaxing break."

"The location of the hotel is exceptionally close to the beach. Food and customer service amazing themed food evenings something to suit all. The pool and communal areas very clean and modern, the premiere rooms have wonderful sea views and lots of extras."

"The hotel did not provide us with the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was very unpleasant and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom looked very old and poorly maintained, with visible mould around the bathtub. The curtains were also extremely dirty and appeared to have mould on them. Our room was located on the ground floor, and there were ants everywhere, which made our stay very uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the receptionist at check-out. When we raised our concerns about the ants, she was very rude and dismissive. She told us that “there are ants everywhere” and that she also has ants in her own home. This was completely inappropriate and did not address our concerns as paying guests. We expected our complaints to be taken seriously, particularly given the condition and cleanliness of the room. Overall, the condition of the room and the level of service were far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are extremely disappointed with our experience and believe the hotel should take these issues seriously and address them urgently."

"Stayed here with 2 other adults for 1 week in September 2024. Hotel situated in quieter part of Cala Millor .hotel reception bright and spacious . Check in was smooth staff very helpful . We opted to upgrade from 2 bed to 2 bed apt for 45 euro extra per night. We were in room 519 which was very spacious. From the balcony we had a good view of pool and of course the sea and could watch the sun rise every morning . Both bedroom of good size with plenty of hanging / storage space ( more than enough hangers for the three of us . Kitchen was adequate but no cupboard space to but any shopping in so just had to leave it out . Bathroom nice and spacious . In all everything was clean . Shower would start hot but then it would suddenly go cold and back to hot again. We booked b&b but on out first night we decided we’d pay to eat in restaurant paid 29 euros each which was not really value for money . Hot food was lukewarm warm so not really enjoyable . Breakfast - good selection of breads pastries meats cheese cereal and fruit . But again hot food bacon eggs beans were always lukewarm so we often used microwave to reheat . There is a spar about 100 meters from hotel But was a bit on the expensive side so use the independent shop just accros the road . Entertainment seemed to be more for the kids really . It’s a nice hotel but we would prefer to stay in a slightly different location"
