Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub im Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal und in angenehmer Atmosphäre, mit tollem, reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet. Für Ausflüge ist die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Im Hotel ist man von einem herzlichen, sympathischen und lustigen Animationsteam gut unterhalten. 👍

Ein schönes Hotel, in toller Lage. Alles war sauber, das Personal stets freundlich und das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Gerade das Animationsteam - Robin, Chris, Anna und Christina - sorgten mit ihrer lustigen und freundlichen Art dafür, dass man sich stets wohl fühlte. Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen....

Buenas tardes , Llevo tres días en este hotel de Cala Ratjada y tanto mis niños cómo yo estamos pasando unos días perfectos. Vale mucho la pena reservar este hotel. Los empleados son muy amables. La comida es impresionantemente buena. Los españoles que hay en el hotel coincidimos en que es un hotel que cuida mucho la comida ya que los gustos de españoles y de alemanes son diferentes. Hay creps , tortitas, gofres , Nutella en el desayuno. Mis hijos alucinan ! El café es de buena calidad, como los de cafetería. Los animadores son un encanto, mi hijo mayor alucina en el miniclub y con la alfombra de la piscina. Nos quedan 2 días más en Cala Ratjada y no nos queremos ir! Quiero repetir el trato del personal , especialmente en el comedor, que es donde más tiempo estamos, son muuuy simpáticos! No nos queremos ir!

El Hotel muy bien situado y comunicado. Las instalaciones maravillosas, muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Las habitaciones muy amplias y completas, ideales para viajar con amigos y en família. Las camas muy cómodas. El personal muy atento y amable. La comida espectacular, muy variada y sabrosa. Ha sido un placer disfrutar de estas vacaciones

Lo mejor del hotel ha sido sin duda la atención de su personal. Todos han sido super amables y atentos. La cama era cómoda y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario. Había bastante variedad de comida en el buffet y estaba rica (desayuno y cena en nuestro caso).

Es un hotel muy bonito, instalaciones bonitas se ve que lo han renovado. Te reciben en mostrador muy bien, mientras te atienden te ofrecen una bebida. Todos los trabajadores camareros, cocineros, animadores, recepciónista...etc son simpático y te atienden siempre con una sonrisa. Las camareras de piso super atentas, mi marido fumaba en la terraza y tenía un vaso de cartón para las colillas pues las camareras de piso nos dejó un cenicero sin pedírselo. Fue un detallazo por su parte. Lo único que cambiaría sería que en la media pensión entre el agua, y no que tenía que pagarla. Y las habitaciones insonorizarla porque se escucha al de al lado. Pero por lo demás genial

Pasé el fin de semana en este hotel de Cala Ratjada y ha sido un fin de semana genial. Acaban de abrir el hotel y hemos sido unos clientes muy afortunados, todo el personal se ha desvivido por contentarnos. Mis hijos lo pasaron genial con los animadores y sobretodo en el spa. Destacar la comida del buffet y el trato de todo el personal! Vamos a volver este verano para poder disfrutar de las playas ya que este fin de semana no pudimos disfrutarlas.
