Stayed out of season, not the best , staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean . Nothing in hotel open and was very busy , the food is ok , would think it’s amazing when it’s in season .

Impolite receptionist. Room was incredibly bad and was different of photos.
Air condition smelt very badly, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ventilation noise laid my ears.
Noise everywhere. From out side, from hall, from next room. Really bad experience.
I decided leave hotel on the next day, but receptionist even asked me why I check out before my reservation finished.
Pay attention they need check out before 10:00 am!!!!

The truth is quite disappointing, we were in a reservation of 15 rooms to celebrate a birthday, by phone it was no problem that since it was Halloween I was going to see entertainment, the people dressed in costumes looking for a party were terrible, nothing at all a show from 9 to 10.30 there. Everything ended, no music or anything, very disappointing.
