Fabulous hotel, clean and smart. The staff and the service was great. Everything you need is on the doorstep with just a short pleasant walk to the beach. I am already looking to book my next break with the family. Will definitely return, hopefully this year.

Sur la partie famille comportant une chambre et un salon avec canapé lit: Très bruyant tant de l'intérieur que de l'extérieur. Très mauvaise isolation phonique avec bruit de pas amplifiés sur l'étage supérieur et le comble un couple dans les étages supérieurs qui se sont livrés, en musique, a des actes sexuels. On avait l'impression de les avoir dans la chambre à tel point que mes deux filles ont été réveillées....Les matelas sont d'un auj
tre siècle, a ressorts et très rebondissants....(ça a du être super pour le couple de l'étage supérieur) et le matin mal au dos. Attention à la baignoire qui est très glissante et qui a provoqué une chute de mon épouse, heureusement sans gravité. On constate d'ailleurs que cette baignoire avait pas le passé des collants anti glissade qui ont disparus. C'est dangereux. La nourriture, bien que variée est très passable et surtout très salée.....Bon mainternant le personnel est super, service d'étage parfait. Personnellement je n'y reviendrai pas.

Het hotel ligt in het centrale gedeelte van Lloret de Mar, in de steegjes. Mooi hotel! Aangename en rustgevende kleuren. Mooie kamers, en vooral proper in alle opzichten. De indruk had ik dat het hotel gericht is op koppels, singles... Zeer mooi schaduwrijk terras aan het zwembad. Ook de bar en het restaurant zijn kwalitatief. Lekker ontbijt, alsook het avondbuffet. Ikzelf had half pension. In de kelder is er een grote afgesloten ruimte voor de bagage, met kluizen. Gezellige receptie met aangename leeshoek, salons...met de lange toog van de bar als centraal gedeelte. Zeer vriendelijk personeel (overal). Een echte aanrader voor mensen die geen enorm groot hotel wensen met vele zwembaden e.d. Daardoor is het ook rustig in de gezellige cocoon van deze zaak. Ook de prijzen zijn zeer democratisch.

Séjour vraiment très bien, seul petit bémol l'isolation les nuits coupées par le bruit des gents qui crient dans la rue et les couloirs, mais une excellente literie la chambre et autres parties communes extrêmement propre. Personnel également sympathique et accueillant

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable, shower was ok. The food was good there was a good selection at the evening buffet and also at breakfast, drinks aren’t included in the evening meal and ordering drinks took a long time and a number of times I had to queue whilst paying for my drink. Some toiletries were included in the room and air con was good. I could hear a lot of outside noise from my room at night. I felt like there wasn’t much storage space for clothes so that could be improved! I had an issue with my TV, I saw there were apps such as Netflix and Amazon prime but couldn’t connect to the wi-fi to use the apps so was very disappointed as there weren’t many English channels, why have these apps on the TV’s if they can’t be used? The location of the hotel was good and wasn’t far from the bus station. Overall this was a very average stay but the main highlights were the cleanliness of the hotel and the food, I’d like to say that Leo on reception was very helpful and helped me to book trips/ gave me information on buses and answered any questions I had so thanks :) I would stay again but maybe the TV apps could be improved!
