I was quite disappointed with my stay. Some orange juice was spilled on the bed, but instead of changing the sheets, they just made the bed again. Several of the towels had stains, and the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. It was also very noisy in the hallways, which made it hard to relax. Also, one of the mornings, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 am. The location was fine, but overall the standard didn’t match the price.

I had to leave a review as I think the negative reviews are really Unfair and had me worried before we went. Glad I didn’t listen. We were all inclusive and couldn’t fault anything. The service was lovely and we were served in a. Timely manner with friendly helpful staff. They worked constantly and kept everything clean and tidy. The snack bar was available all day with fresh food cooked as you liked and unlimited crisps. Olives and nuts which was a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the food and served drinks to your table at lunch and dinner which again doesn’t usually happen at all inclusive. The rooms were spacious and cleaners were in ever single day making beds etc. Spa was great and got free use for 1 hour per day which we loved. The entertainment was not the best as it wasn’t in season but for what we wanted it was great. Close to Everything and enough out the way to relax too. If we were to return I would have no hesitation to revisit. Pic nic was made up for us travelling to the airport with fresh food made for us at no extra cost or hassle. It was a really enjoyable stay and no one had any complaints even the two teenagers! I honestly don’t know what people expect. Also you get 50% discount on drinks if you fancy a premium cocktail which I felt was very reasonable. The choices for all Inclusive drinks and food was great and served in glass tumblers at night which I loved! Glad we didn’t listen.

Food, especially diner was very good. Lots of facilities, lively town, wish I could have stayed longer.

Absolutely not 4* more of a 2 star. We were half board. The reviews you see of the food online are not true. It’s awful. We don’t even get a drink with the food you have to pay for a bloody drink! It’s awful! Not even a glass of water with your meal. Wanted to£550 to upgrade to all inclusive glad we didn’t now!

The weekend before we went I made the mistake of reading the reviews on trip advisor and I was so worried about taking my family there but I don’t know what hotel these negative people were staying in as it was definitely not our experience. Rooms are very good, 2 double beds and a spacious bathroom. Food was fantastic, I would be very surprised if there was not anything you could find to eat. Staff were lovely, we had a baby and 4 year old with us and all the staff in the bar , reception and restaurant were so accommodating and they didn’t treat the all inclusive any differently to paying guests. The indoor pool was good, we used it almost every morning as the pool was too cold for the baby. There was entertainment every night and during the day although the season has finished. A very short walk to the town and the beach. I can see that during the season there could be queues and the pool is quite small but I wouldn’t hesitate on returning. All in all we had a fantastic time.

Hello! It was the tenth time i visited this hotel and it was like the other times I’ve been here nice and calm. Friendly staff and good food! Near the beach and the nice pool area. The all-inclusive is very good value for the money. Best Regards Michael Söderlund.
