The receptionists are very attentive and help you with any questions you have.

Very good food although it depends on the time you arrive you can find it a bit dry, but they are making more.

Hôtel correct. Restaurant plaisant avec du choix (limité en desserts). Spa très bien ! Bémol, les réceptionnistes qui,pour la plus part, sont froides. Les activités sont régulières et variées. Bien placé, proche de la plage. La vue mer est un atout pour la chambre, qui était spacieuse et propre. Le balcon est un plus non négligeable. Je recommande bien que je pense qu'il y est mieux autour.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique. La chambre quadruple (2 adultes et 2 jeunes) est assez grande tout comme la salle de bain. Il manque juste des rangements ou des étagères dans la salle de bain. La possibilité de profiter du SPA gratuitement une heure par jour est un vrai plus. Le seul bémol est le manque de surveillance (personnes qui vapotent et/ou qui se baignent habillés) Le bar, la piscine et le restaurant sont très bien.

Staff were lovely and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were informed on meal times and things that were going on in the hotel. A great selection of food to suit everyone and very nice. Room and hotel were lovely and clean. We will definitely return, this time with are family as they have a lovely pool area for kids, and I know my kids will eat the food they have in the restaurant.

Lovely three night stay. I honestly can’t understand some of these reviews on here!?! I guess everyone’s experience is different but I am well travelled and this hotel does not deserve the reviews it has been receiving at all. I travelled with the children and our best friends and had a fab few days. The hotel itself is really cute and nicely decorated with lovely views to the mountain or the sea. I had a twin double room which had a safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was lovely and good power shower. The beds could have done with an extra pillow each. There was a hairdryer and ample storage space to hand clothes etc. No tea or coffee facility in the room. The pool was cold but that is to be expected at this time of year, everyday entertainment came and done some yoga stretching by the pool. The kids had the smaller water slide open, the big ones were not yet open. Everything was spotless and clean around the hotel. The food choices were good, not so many desserts to choose from but the food was of good quality and the waiters and waitress staff were smiley and friendly. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, maybe if people make conversation and have a laugh with them they would have seen this? I would absolutely stay at this lovely hotel again for a future mini break.

First of all I have gone to lots of hotel abroad and sometimes find the staff a little rude but put it down to a language barrier. This hotel must actually advertise for rude people to work there. We went all inclusive (big mistake) you are treated like dirt because you are all inclusive. Nothing was explained by the rude staff at reception about the rules for all inclusive we checked in around 4pm on 28/3/2024. The bar staff oh my goodness I never met the likes of them they are just horrible no other words can describe them. The restaurant staff are not any better. The food is actually horrible. We stayed for 5 nights went to breakfast once, lunch twice and evening meal twice. I will say the rooms were comfortable enough. We stayed on the 9th floor and the only staff member that was polite was our cleaner think her name was Maria or maybe maya. Such a lovely woman and wasted in a hotel like that with such rude people working there. Just checked out this morning and I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say I will NEVER return

paid a big money for my Birthday Holiday Trip ,but very disappointed ,the room i was given it was for single person ,very tiny ,i was charge for double bedroom,i ask twice to change ,but the OLD lady who is incharge at the reception , she refuse to change ,she was very rude ,not helpful at all!!!!!! she keep saying hotel is full ,come back in the morning ,i went to her in the morning then she say she cant change ,yet next day half the guest checked out... very noisy at night till late 3am in the morning air conditioning doesnt work at all breakfast wasnt great either but Dinner was perfect bed very hard stiff, pillow is another disaster ,wake up with a sore neck every day but over all the reception manager, the elder lady is very rude person ,not good for business ,not helpfull at all i ask her i need a taxi ,didnt get much help from her , i was told taxi does nt go to Blanes ..i ring my own taxi ,they came in 5 min .. i wouldnt recommend anyone staying there .....not for that money ! no way .becareful peoeple

Chambre assez grande et propre. Aurai préféré une autre orientation mais apparemment pas possible. Je recommande. Y retournerai l an prochain mais en dehors de vacances scolaires espagnoles car trop de monde dans la piscine et au jacuzzi

Hotel completo para pasar un fin de semana en familia, permite combinar lugar bonito en un buen hotel sin pretensiones pero cubre lo básico con creces. Por resaltar algún punto dfe mejora Iria muy bien una pequeña explicación de la ubicación de las plantas del hotel, pero es anecdotico
