Ensemble assez bien pour le réveillon. Quelques petites modifications à apporter au niveau de la restauration (organisation), l’ouverture du spa pour ceux qui viennent spécialement pour le nouvel an, et les musiques variés pour la soirée. Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique.

La habitación y el hotel muy bien y el personal también pero la cena de nochevieja y comida de año nuevo el buffet muy buena comida per el comedor pequeño para tanta gente y las mesas muy juntas, el buffet se queda pequeño, colas para coger la comida y poco personal para servir bebidas había que esperar mucho, esperaba mucho más para el precio que pagué y la música y las cantantes regular

Hotel des années 70, salles de restaurant immenses et très bruyantes. La présence de groupes de d'ados footballeurs n'a rien arrangé. Prestations de la soirée du 31 assez décevante (repas et animations).

Buena ubicación, buen trato, buena calidad. En general, todo bien. La animación de fin de año podria ser un poco mas variada, ya que la musica siempre es la misma. Muy antigua para los niños no esta adecuada.

No fué la mejor noche de Fin de año. Música muy mala, horrible. Tienen que cambiar y DJ toda la noche y para el tipo de gente que va, música 80s, triunfaría mucho más y la gente se divertiría todavía más y mejor, que los cambios que hacían de diferentes ritmos. En fin, con no volver más en Fin de año, solucionado.

Nous y sommes allés pour le réveillon du 31/12 Les buffets sont toujours aussi copieux mais il fallait faire des queues interminables car les gens se sont précipités à 20 h 30 ( un échelonnement aurait été judicieux) donc ça nous a gâché le plaisir de diner sans contrainte . De plus la soirée dansante était exclusivement réservé aux espagnols ( musique typiquement espagnole uniquement ) il faudrait songer à la clientèle internationale et faire plaisir à tout le monde .... La chambre ( suite avec salon ) très spacieuse , mais le lit très inconfortable ainsi que les oreillers. De plus , le SPA était fermé. Nous ne reviendrons pas ...dommage car le rapport qualité / prix est convenable

Estuve muy a gusto, me informaban amablemente de cualquier duda, y la limpieza y comida un súper 10. Volveré sin dudar y lo recomiendo para pasar un cómodo finde semana. No debes preocuparte de nada, hay facilidad para todo.

Cuando llegamos el sofá-cama estaba sucio y sin cambiar las sábanas de las dos partes (manchadas de lo que ya os podéis imaginar) dimos parte en recepción y la contestación fue que nosotros éramos dos personas y no teníamos porque usar el sofá-cama. Le tuvimos que explicar que pagábamos por una habitación limpia, y que no había quien se sentara en ese sofá del asco que quedaba. Al día siguiente vinieron las chicas de la limpieza a cambiar sólo la parte de arriba sin chequear la parte de a bajo, tuve que ir a buscarlas y pedirle por favor que se llevaran las sucias. Ellas me recalcaban que ya habían limpiado la habitación, les pedí que me acompañara a la habitación para enseñarle las sábanas y que se las llevara. Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado y fuera de la habitación. El trato en el comedor en algunas ocasiones dejaba mucho que desear.
