This was booked via "last minute dot com", hotel was advertised as 4 stars (it wasn't). Lots of the standard amenities on the last minute website were not apparent (e.g. Iron and Ironing board in every room), but also everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel were "additional extras" such as parking (16 euros per day), safe access (5 euros per day). That said the staff were awesome and friendly and lovely to my son, so I forgive them a lot of problems. However the biggest problem was they accept block bookings from large parties, which ruined the last two days of our vacation. If you are young and get a cheap deal go for it, if you are a miserable old git like me with kids - avoid... A big call out to Ibrahim who was my favorite person on the staff...

Excellent stay, lovely hotel. we was given a lovely sea view room and a bottle of bubbly because it was our wedding anniversary! Very clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely and everything was presented very nice. Drink from the bar was a good price too.

Just booked yesterday ! The staff at reception is so rude and honestly regret it already , the manager seems lovely but couldn’t help with rooms. Booked 4 people and got one room , when asked to change to two rooms although we were told yes at first and told to wait for an hour, then we were told it would be an additional €25 per night ! the hotel is empty and looks completely closed Honestly huge dissapointment Not a family friendly hotel :( I wouldn’t mind paying extra but not after waiting an hour and being told off so rudely

Hotel without great luxuries but recommended. Reasonably clean and spacious rooms with their small terrace. It is very quiet and you hardly hear any noise, which makes it easier to rest. I would highlight its buffet dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dishes vary every day. It is very clean and inviting and is constantly restocked. The dining room staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The food is labeled for allergens. In our case they advised us perfectly on dishes for a gluten-free diet.

Hotel very well located just a step away from LLoret beach. It has two swimming pools, one inside and one outside, so customers can choose more privacy for bathing or less. The rooms have a terrace and ours has sea views. You can not ask for more. The staff is charming and I would highlight their kindness and education. The buffet, accustomed as we are to many other hotels, surprised us with its quality, variety and imagination. IF there is something negative, it is the parking: expensive and difficult to reserve because there are not many spaces. But that is not your problem but rather that of all of LLoret and its surroundings. The municipal parking lots are very expensive and also very short of spaces. Parking is an odyssey and is very expensive.

What a lovely hotel!!! We stayed here recently, a small group of mums with older children & were extremely impressed… amazing staff , super friendly & helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, pool areas lovely & very well made tasty cocktails by the bar staff. Very convenient to walk to beach, supermarket & restaurants also. We will definitely be back soon ! Thank you

There are 300 of us from the East of France The heating does not work we are in the shade it is November 7, 2023 several people have reported for the moment still no heating ⛔️👎We are cold three more blankets we had asked for rooms to share we were told that there were no more and there are at least 8 people with three beds so we paid €129 extra for nothing the meals very average at the moment nothing exceptional the staff not very smiling and moreover as there are 300 of us and the restaurant room is small we are rushed to eat quickly very quickly as soon as we have finished the plate we are cleared to make room for the others it is not the vacation quite disappointed with this hotel we stay until the end of the week I hope it will improve but I very much doubt it for the lack of heating there are many other reviews which already point it out 5 months ago so they don't care, they also take us for ****** by telling us that there is a technical problem but of course👿👿👿👿👿

Although it is a small, family-run hotel, the trea**ent received by the staff makes up for everything else. Very good quality at the buffet. We went to celebrate our 50th birthday with friends and they were kind enough to give us a bottle of cava and everyone showed sympathy and an overflowing smile, honoring the name of the hotel. It is surprising to find workers like this since, although it is what should always be, it is almost never fulfilled. Special thanks to Carmen and Mauri, Sergi for everything! We will definitely return!
