Globalement ce fut un bon séjour. Bon emplacement de l’hôtel la plage et le centre ville ne sont pas loin on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied pour les plus sportive comme moi. Nourriture pas mal mais pas beaucoup de choix. Les services proposés tels que le spa, piscine font du bien pour faire un break d’une journée remplie de visite. Chambre très bien sauf petit bémol le sol très poussiéreux je ne pouvais pas être à l’aise et pieds nus dans ma chambre. Sinon merci pour l’accueil des hôtesses , femme de ménage très gentilles !

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff really great. Also superb value for money. We went half board and there was such a great choice of food, different dishes every evening. Also the drink prices were very good. Can’t wait to book again for next year. Well done GHT.

I have stayed at this hotel for the third time it is very good if travelling alone in a safe area and access to all amenities The reception staff are very professional and Adil always has a smile on his face and very helpful they try to accommodate all your needs The bar staff were very simpatica and any request was not too much the hotel itself was clean the bedroom perfect and beds towels perfect the cleaning lady was always attentive if you requested anything and it was visible around reception toilets and lounge areas very daily immaculate I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel bien ubicado,a 10 min andando de la playa Instalaciones correctas con una bonita piscina Piscina cubierta imposible acceder por estar llena de niños gritando y salpicando Hicimos reserva del spa en la recepc del hotel a la llegada para el dia siguiente y al querer usar los servicios esta no constaba,incompetencia de la re epcionista claro esta Recepcionistas del hotel antipaticas,sin una sonrisa nunca Bufete muy correcto,aunque solo hay 2 maquinas de cafe en el desayuno y la cola siempre es eterna,dan ganas de no tomar un cafe desayunando Ascensores insuficientes,siempre colas pero si estas en el 4to piso si o si hay que esperar A la hora del checkout (12 h) una sola persona en recepcionista con una cola enorme Servicio de bar muy lento,siempre toca esperar en barra o en la mesa para ser atendidos Animacion el sabado por la noche sin mas El hotel esta bien pero en verano debe ser caotico Baño de la hab 445: el suelo esta levantado e inflado al ser de parket ( incomodo andar por el)

Bel établissement avec une qualité d'accueil et de prestations de bon niveau, dans le cadre d'un séjour avec un groupe de danseurs. Propreté dans tous les espaces communs et chambres. Service de restauration très apprécié avec un choix de plats renouvelés chaque jour (avis aux amateurs de poisson). Espace SPA agréable et apprécié après les ballades nombreuses autour de l'hôtel.

Good hotel in a good location. 15 minute walk to Lloret de Mar Center but it was nice to be slightly outside the noise of the centre. Plus another quieter beach nearby. Only used the indoor pool but that was nice. Excellent breakfast selection (hot food, fresh tropical fruit, pastries, pancakes, breads). Cleaning staff were very friendly and room was spotless. Cleaned every day. Main negative was the air con. Advertised as having air con but we couldn’t get it to work. Spoke to reception and were told it doesn’t work and just does hot air. After a restless first night sleep, I spoke to the hotel reception again, said only thing they could do was move us to a lower floor in a slightly bigger room. Was cooler and appreciated the change but air con still didn’t work. Also, the TV only had one British channel. However, I do understand we are in Spain. Also, was advised you had to pay a deposit for the iron (which was totally fine). However, wasn’t told until after I paid via card that it’s refunded in cash. It was the last day of my holiday so wouldn't have rented it if I had known that. Should have been advised this was the case before payment. Overall would recommend

I have arrived here today with my daughter and grand daughter, who is asthmatic, the hotel foyer and reception are stunning and spotlessly clean and the young lady on reception very helpful giving us our room early, and a pleasant friendly attitude. The thing that has made me write this review even though I have only been here for 2 hours is our room. We are in 416 and I can honestly say I have never been in a hotel room as clean, I have looked everywhere because I can't believe it, even the white door frame on the balcony is pristine. There is not a speck of dust anywhere and the bathroom is immaculate as is the bedding, I always bring pillowcases away with me as I like to know what I lie my face on but I really didn't need them, I will probably put them on to save us getting makeup on the hotel ones,!!!!. We are staying half board and my daughter has celiac so the lady on reception noted it down and there will be options made available, I can truly say that if the food was disgusting,( which I'm sure it's not ), I would still give the aquarium 5 stars for the pristine room, thank you very much and I am absolutely shattered and about have a nap on your lovely fresh, clean bed.

Un très bel hôtel très bien tenu, propre et confortable. Une équipe très à l'écoute et efficace. Aucun problème de langue. Le buffet est toujours très diversifié et très bon pour tous les repas. Seuls les jus de fruits sont franchement à améliorer. A recommander fortement donc.
